Trash: • Take the trash and recycling out. Trash goes in the brown bin, recycling in the green bin, under carport except potentially on Monday, they may be at the street for pick up.
$10 fee will be assessed for missing keys.

Please respect the noise level of the neighborhood.
Before check out take trash out and put in the brown bin, on Mondays it may be at the street for pick up. Pull sheets and put towels in the shower.
If you smoke outside please clean up and dispose of you butts properly (not on the ground).

We came up for the Nashville race Sunday. We live about 4 hours away. The host was very accommodating and replied quickly. It was a cute little place to stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking in the area. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice surprise.

I was just resting on a long layover. Super comfortable bed, nice shower, well stocked little kitchenette area. No temperature control so i was really cold but there were extra blankets so once i got into the bed it was ok. Host is on site & super friendly & interested in guests. Extremely quiet neighborhood except for some barking. Overall very cute.

Loved the space, pictures definitely did not do it justice! All the little extra thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated. The work I was doing at the airport it was only about a 7 min drive which was great. The outdoor space and having a desk to work at made it way more relaxing. But my favorite part was the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable! You can tell lots of love went into creating this little slice of heaven.

We had a wonderful stay! The space is beautifully decorated making it feel very cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Bed and pillows were comfy. This place had its own charm!It reminded me instantly of my aunt's farm house, which brought good memories.We definitely enjoyed the outside as well, with all the flowers.The old fashioned fridge was charming. Loved the teal color.Only suggestions I have would be to have a box of kleenex in the room, and perhaps some decaf coffee pods. (The coffee creamer canister was empty but I added some sugar and it was fine).We would definitely stay here again!Thank you
