The Mountains are calling! So come to our Breck Condo at the base of Snowflake Lift and call it home!



Home is at Riverbend in Breck and a 1 minute's walk to the Snowflake lift. Enjoy all the amenities at Riverbend and the historic town of Breckenridge, a few minutes walk to Main Street eateries, shops, and all things Breck!



Claim our 2 Bed/Bath Condo with a private balcony looking at skiers riding up on the lift. Take in the floor-to-ceiling windows allowing the liquid sun to shine in. Pull the blinds at night for privacy.



Flip on the gas fireplace and read a book, play games or stream your personal apps for an evening of relaxation after a fun day of play on the slopes or in summer hiking the countless trails of the Ten Mile Range. 



Riverbend offers 2 parking spaces in the under-building garage, a luggage carrier to use as you ride up the elevator to your condo, a beautiful community Living Room for family gatherings, a private Ski Locker, 2 Community Hot Tubs, a Steam Room, a Sauna, and an Exercise room.  (Parking is available for 2 vehicles . Spaces are not assigned and are first come first served.

Please ensure your parking pass is visible or your vehicle may be subject to being towed.

**the maximum height for the parking garage is 6'9".

While in our home you will be able to enjoy lots of books, games and DVDs and 3 TVs to either stream your personal apps or watch Dish TV. 



The kitchen is set up and equipped with all you will need to create a feast or a snack. The open floor plans allow everyone to connect whether you're in the kitchen or the Living/Dining room. 



Step out on the private balcony to take in the bluebird sky and high-elevation sun with a backdrop of pine trees or see other skiers ride to the slopes.  



The Master King Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bathroom is just off the Queen/ Bunkbed bedroom. And a bonus is there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your play clothes.



We offer our home, a place to relax, play and rest.

Condo looks way bigger in the pictures and the rooms were either hot hot or cold with only adjusting the thermostat 1 or 2 degrees. Master toilet kept clogging up. Bed needs a new mattress or it’s just way too soft. Don’t get me wrong it’s a very nice place but……it was also very expensive. For that kind of money it should be pristine!!!

We know where we will always stay now when we visit Breck! Condo was adorably decorated, facilities are awesome, but the location! Holy cow was it nice to just walk out of the building and onto the Snowflake lift. Also, ski/snowboard rental was right there too! Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was close to everything. Ski rentals were a short walk away, as were the lifts. We rode the bus to downtown and it was just a few feet from the front of the condo. The condo itself was roomy and we could watch the ski lift going up and down all day. It was great!

Loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the weather during the summer. There is a trail within steps from the building that we enjoyed hiking. It Leads to several other trails and you can spend lots of time exploring. The condo is walking distance to Main Street. We walked everyday to dinner. Would stay again.

Great location and clean accommodations provided for a wonderful family ski trip. Temperature in unit was hard to regulate —took 24 hours and a sunny day for bedroom to warm from 60 to 70 degrees. Fortunately, the space heater helped.
