Awesome Views and Super Clean

Both my wife and I needed some well deserved down time from traveling abroad. Very well stocked and very quiet. We really enjoyed our time over the holiday. Thanks for sharing your place. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We were very happy with this condo. I was slightly nervous since it had few reviews, but overall had very few complaints. Our favorite things about the condo we're the layout, the spacious balcony, the well stocked kitchen, the very large and comfortable sectional, the large dining table, multiple fridges for drinks plus an ice maker, and extra blankets/pillows. I think the condo was very clean overall. The complex had construction on the entryway making unloading and loading up our van slightly challenging but not a huge deal.

Cleaning staff needs a change

We love Orange Beach and Romar House Condos. We have stayed here many times. Unfortunately, this time, our unit was severely lacking in cleanliness. We had never stayed in this actual unit before. Black mold was present in the master shower grout, and the floor of the shower looked like it had never been scrubbed. There was dried urine around the bottom of the master bath toilet...GROSS! My mom went to take a bath in the jetted tub. When she turned on the jets, tons of black stuff came out of the jets. There was no extra toilet paper in either bathroom. There was mildew on the cushions on the balcony. The unit would've been great if the cleaning staff had done their jobs. It was a very nice unit with nice furniture, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. I really hate to leave a review like this because we love Romar House and have never had a bad experience at this set of condos. IT JUST NEEDED TO BE CLEANED PROPERLY!

We had a wonderful vacation. The property was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. Nice mattress. There was a slight (very slight) urine smell by the front door. We could not figure out where it was coming from. We just thought you might want to know!! We would definitely rent again!

The view was great which is what we wanted. It was just as listed except I believe the one room with twin beds may have had an incorrect number of beds listed. The listing may have had 4 but there were only 2. Maybe at one time it had bunk beds or just a listing error. No big deal as we did not need the beds.
