A stay at the Palm Club also includes membership to downtown's only private 25+Lifestyle & Pool Club, The Wonderer!

The 'Royal Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.
The Royal Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 14 guests between 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.
Flex Bedroom Suite #1 – King bed (or two twins) & Twin bed + Large ensuite spa style bathroom
Flex Bedroom Suite #2 – King bed (or two twins) & Twin bed + Large ensuite spa style bathroom

Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies.
Other Things to Note:
Downtown Pool Club Access: Town & Island Co. offers access to The Wonderer, Charleston’s premier global-inspired lifestyle club with resort-style pool and amenities, like pool-side cabanas, onsite eateries, indoor gym and fitness studio. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 8+ rent a Cabana.
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
