Welcome to our newly renovated beach retreat at Portside Resort! Completely updated in 2025, our comfortable 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is the perfect place for families, couples, and friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway on Panama City Beach's quieter west end.



The sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf are just a short walk across the street, making beach days effortless.



When you're not at the beach, enjoy everything Portside Resort has to offer, including:



Three swimming pools (one seasonally heated)

Hot tub

Fitness center

Tennis and pickleball courts

Shuffleboard

Beautifully landscaped grounds in a family-friendly community



One of our favorite things about Portside is its location. Nestled on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, you'll enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere while still being just minutes from Pier Park, where you'll find fantastic restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and local attractions.



Whether you're spending your days at the beach, relaxing by the pool, or exploring everything Panama City Beach has to offer, our condo is designed to feel like your home away from home.



We'd love to host you and help make your beach vacation one you'll want to come back to year after year.

All you need is your toothbrush as our condo is beach ready! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and much more! We are directly across the street from the beach access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.



While there are many things we love about the condo, the location is the best! We are down at the west end of the beach which we feel is quieter and family friendly. The resort itself has so many amenities to offer that you'll always be able to find something to fill your day. We've made the inside of the condo to feel just like you are at home. We're stocked with games and plenty of activities to do inside on a rainy day. Since we have children of our own, we want to share our special family getaway with others who are looking to spend some quality family time together.



We are about a mile about from Pier Park which is filled with several restaurants, shops and fun family activities!

This was a beautiful beach condo! You can see the time and work the hosts have put into making this the perfect escape away from home, all needs/wants were met! Short walk to the beach and you’re in literal paradise. Thank you so much for giving all information upfront and being so helpful throughout our stay! We loved this trip & would re-book anytime

Great Location, Great Condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated, and very relaxing. Had everything we needed, including tons of books for the beach and kids toys. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was amazing.It was truly home away from home.Katie,our host,was so kind.The condo was exactly how it was pictured.The place was immaculate.The bedding was super clean.When we arrived we had the cutest little animal towels folded on our beds.It was a very nice touch.We will definitely be staying here next year.

Beautiful expertly decorated, exceptionally comfortable townhome.

This was a trip for me and two girlfriends to celebrate birthdays. Katie from the get go was so helpful and kind. She communicated immediately and constantly and aimed to make this a fun and comfortable trip for us girls. She even gave us a little gift upon check in. The townhome was BEAUTIFUL! I felt like I walked into a home on HGTV. All the little details were perfect. Everything is there. Also it’s across the street from the beach access 71. There was plenty of parking and the pools were beautiful. Everything was amazing and perfect and we will return very soon! Thank you Katie! You are the perfect host! I can’t wait to come back!

It's been a dream of ours to own a vacation home in Florida. For years we've been searching and in 2022 we made the plunge. I grew up vacationing in PCB and I'm so excited to share these memories with my family. My husband and I have 3 boys so our condo is set up to entertain families.

Why they chose this property

While we were searching for the perfect spot, we didn't know exactly what we wanted but we knew what we didn't want. I didn't want to fight for an elevator to get to my room, I didn't want to lug groceries up an elevator every time we ran out, I didn't want a beach area that was out of control, I didn't want to sit in traffic just to pull out of my unit, I didn't want to have to wait hours (yes, hours) to find a parking spot.
When we came across this unit, I knew it was for us! Dedicated parking right in front of our condo, quiet beach, plenty of room for the whole family and all the amenities we could dream of.
