Family Time

We h ad a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property. The house is large enough that with 10 of us there we had plenty of space. The dock was fantastic and we spent a lot of time there. Book this property, you won't regret it!

The hosts thought of everything! The house is well stocked for entertainment, water activities, kitchen supplies, and loads of towels. The large backyard and dock were great for all the kids to run around and play. We rented a pontoon from Prizer Point and they let us keep it for several nights docked at the lake house. It was the perfect lake vacation!

Family trip

We had a great experience, the property was in a great location, gentle slope down to the lake and boat dock. We had two boats and the dock was nice. We swam from the dock tubed in the bay and day around the fire pit.Plenty of room with many places for children to sleep. I would definitely go back!!

The house was perfect. Well furnished, comfortable and modern upgraded appliances. Deck with a great view. The host was extremely helpful in the process. The dock was perfect for swimming and boating.

This was our second visit to this house: it’s a great choice for our extended family of 9. We had space for gathering and space for privacy, comfortable beds, and plenty of extra touches. We do a lot of cooking because of food allergies and sensitivities, and the cookware was high quality, along with good sharp knives, which is something you don’t always get! The downstairs crew (with 3 children 4 and under) appreciated the new hand-held sprayer in the shower. Add friendly neighbors and a boat dock, and it made for a great holiday weekend!

Beautiful and clean

The home is beautiful and in a gorgeous spot on the lake. Enjoy sunrise on the front deck and especially sunset on the back deck. Plenty of room. Quite neighborhood. Easy access to the land between the lakes. We will be back!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing vacation at this property! The house was so clean and pretty and the pictures do not do it justice! Anything you could need was provided. There was even a bad storm while we were there and we lost power, but a generator had just been installed, so it kicked right on, which was so nice. The owners were so nice and responsive to our questions. The dock was so great for our boat, and the walk down to the dock was a gentle slope. The boat ramp was right across the water and different marinas pretty close also. Many restaurants within a 25 minute drive. SO MANY deer everywhere, so be careful driving! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, we loved it!

Labor Day 2024

This property was great for our extended family of 6 adults and 3 littles 3 and under. With multiple food allergies and sensitivities, we do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was very well-stocked with a large refrigerator, high-quality cookware and sharp knives. :-) We had plenty of room to hang out and let the kids play without being on top of each other. The dock was great for the rented pontoon boat, so we could come and go easily throughout the day. The place was super clean and inviting: will definitely be back!

Awesome lake experience and home

This lakehouse rental was an absolute gem and undoubtedly the best stocked and supplied home we have ever rented. The owners' thoughtful touches made our stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The stunning sunset views over the tranquil lake were breathtaking, providing the perfect setting to unwind and appreciate nature's beauty. The dock was a hub of excitement for fishing, swimming, and boating, creating cherished memories for both kids and adults. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the lakehouse offered a serene atmosphere for quality time with extended family. The abundance of games and entertainment options kept everyone engaged and happy throughout our stay. The tasteful and detailed decoration of the home with a blend of modern comfort and lake house charm made it truly feel like a home away from home. Rockcastle Sunset Cove Summer 2023

The house and property were beautifully decorated and just as described. The beds were comfortable. The sunroom and game room got plenty of use, overlooking the lake. Sunsets were amazing. We spent every day on the water: boating, swimming, paddling, canoeing, fishing (only caught 6 catfish, but had a ball)- we did it all. The weather was perfect until our last day. My wife, daughter and daughter-in-law all commented on how every time they thought to look for something they needed, they found it was already provided, Extra linens, towels, utensils, everything. Nothing was overlooked. In addition, our hosts, Rod and Patti were extremely responsive and helpfull. Lots of local information provided, and the house and property are obviously meticulously maintained. All of the family loved the house and the lake, and all would like to come again. Cannot say enough about how much thought Patti and Rod put into providing everything we would need. Amazing hosts!
