The place was perfect for what we needed. It's right next to Pepe's and Giovanni's, two of my favorite Cumberland restaurants. It was also just 22 minutes from State Park Marina. You can hear everything from every room; we all went to bed and woke up at the same time, so it didn't bother us. I also loved the AC units in each room.

Nice, cute apartment and good location. Stayed here before and plan to again. However, please make sure the batteries work in the tv remote and the heat/ac remote. We had to purchase batteries. Also, it is time to replace the mattress in the bedroom with the window.

Beautiful and peaceful hideway

The accommodations for this property were amazing! This two room unit is tucked neetly inside a warehouse. Very private and very cozy. The insdie was brand new and felt like home. My fiancé and I were so happy with the location to the Jamestown marina. I will definitely book this unit and quit possibly both floors. Can't wait to come back.

memorial day fishing trip

We drove up Friday before Memorial Day, My first time stayint at this property.Very nice and well laid out. I come up to Trout fish several times a year. I will always look to book this property in the future

Surprising contrast

You wouldn’t think a cinder block, industrial-looking building would contain 2 nice looking apartments inside. Good experience overall. Only suggestion would be a dehumidifier to combat the stickiness feeling.
