Great location! My daughter's came into town for an event and ended up having car trouble on her second night. The host was very understanding and allowed them extra time to get things in order to get home. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The host was very responsive, which we appreciated. The house was on the smaller side, but it worked fine for a weekend stay. The beds were comfortable, and the home was stocked with the necessities, which was definitely a plus.We weren’t able to get the air conditioning to work, but thankfully it wasn’t a huge issue during our stay. The biggest area for improvement would be the cleanliness. Overall, the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. With a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, it would make for a much better stay.

Jim was a very responsive and friendly host! The space was adequate and comfortable for five people. The location was convenient to Lucas Oil without having to stay in the hotels downtown. The dedicated driveway parking was much appreciated. The only critiques I would have is that while the most commonly used surfaces were clean- floors, counters, toilets etc, there were areas that were in need of a deep clean (dusty base boards, vents, laundry area). The rental did kind of have an overpowering smell of cleaning spray of some sort. The area of town is also not the best, so renters should be aware of that and have appropriate expectations.

Great stay overall—very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to town. Would definitely stay here again!The house is just as it appeared in the listing. We were able to rent scooters to ride to and from town a couple times. Communication with the host was quick and responsive.
