We live in the same neighborhood and really love it. Quiet, convenient and safe. We would not live anywhere else. Easy walk to the plaza (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Road (galleries galore).

Traveled with friends and my pup. We had a very nice stay. The property was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of room, beautiful and large outdoor space. I would definitely rent here again and probably will.

We had a wonderful experience and the house was exactly as expected. The pictures, however, do not do justice to the outdoor area. We never ate a meal in the house and rarely left the expansive covered patio.

This was probably my favorite vacation rental of my whole life!The house itself has lovely views, but when you walk out the front door and go a short distance either direction on the street you have incredible views of the mountains surrounding Santa Fe.The house is spacious and well laid out. The yard is huge. I hosted two dinner parties and there was plenty of space for 10 people to eat either indoors or out.The yard is fenced so it’s safe for a dog. In the street outside had very little traffic so we walked easily to see the views.The walk to the plaza was pleasant though steep.

Great location, great house. We stayed with a dog and the backyard was perfect for him. We could hang out on the patio and he could explore. Walked to the downtown area with my kids. Had to walk uphill on the way back, but not bad at all. The house worked extremely well for my family of 5. Would definitely rent again if we came to Santa Fe.

Great house! The location was perfect for our trip to Santa Fe. The house is close/walkable to downtown/the plaza. The backyard/patio had tons of seating and great sunshine throughout the day. It was a perfect place to relax while we were at the house. Communication was easy with the hosts, and the house is very comfortable!

Great facility, beautifully furnished, a kitchen stocked with everything one may need, and to top it all, a chilled and very wellcome'd bottle of Champagne waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. Absolutely recommend staying at this place!

Home was very comfortable and convenient for walking into town. Loved the suggestions for what to do and where to eat in the area. One note regarding the Tentrocks hike - advance reservations are required and should be made a minimum of 3 days prior to going. We just showed in the morning up thinking that we would pay at the gate but they were booked solid three days out.
