Beautiful Downtown Tacoma Home Unit 3

*Please note that bath tub is currently inoperable, SHOWERS ONLY* Spacious two bedroom unit just minutes from the Tacoma Dome, UW Tacoma, the Convention Center, Art and Glass museums, the waterfront, bars, restaurants, pubs and all of the nightlife downtown Tacoma has to offer! There's something close by for everyone! Please note this unit has a few sets of stairs to walk up to get to unit entrance.

Only a 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) from the Tacoma Link Light Rail! *Please be advised*
If you plan on checking in past 11pm on your check-in date, we will not be able to provide host support until 6am the following morning. So please be aware any unit access issues/questions/concerns will not be addressed until that time.

A $40 late checkout fee will be charged if unit is not vacated(persons and belongings) at 11am on check-out date.

Great property in downtown Tacoma. About 35 minutes from airport. Great place. Comfortable beds and very clean. Would stay there again for sure. Only negative was the strength of the wifi but, who cares, it was a vacation so Wi-Fi isn't necessary. ❤️💯👍

More openness needed about location

We ended up not staying because the neighbourhood was terrible. There was a guy passed out leaning against a tree in front of the house. A car sat on blocks with its wheels missing just a few yards away. One block below the house was an encampment. We drove away because the area was not safe for family. Renter should be more open about the neighbourhood as it is not a place I would even want to leave my car parked. Renter beware.
