This was perfect for our stay! We had 5 adults aged 21 to 73. The location was perfect to get to the beach and everything was comfortable for those wishing to lounge on the lanai. We really appreciated the use of beach equipment! Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Ceiling fans were disgustingly filthy and so were the outdoor patios. Carpet very old worn out rumpled up and stained. Dresser drawers were lined w old wall paper that was lose and also dirty - washed them before putting close in. Not very happy about that - should be clean for the money.

The condo was spacious, clean, and updated. Slept 6 comfortably. The property had 2 pools with hot tubs that we used almost every night after a long day exploring gorgeous Kauai. Spacious condo in a great location

We loved our stay. The condo was spacious and accommodated our group of 6 adults and one toddler. The place was very clean and well-stocked. We loved how close to the beach it was and enjoyed using the pool area after a day at the beach.
