Your friends & family will love the unlimited amenities this picturesque house features, including a new renovated living space, bathrooms & jacuzzi! Enjoy the large patio decks where you can lounge in the glowing coastal sun or have a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise! Currently accepting Friday to Friday weekly rentals, but open to 3 day minimum stays.

Great Vacation

The house was beautiful and super clean. Very impressed. Nicely located to any store you might need and not far from where we wanted to be. Ex: light houses, driving on beach, Wright Brothers. The host were great to deal with. Would go back to this property for another vacation.

we had our bachelorette party for our best friend - and e come all the way from Ohio and the process was very easy with them!!the place is amazing! they have lots of extra mini activities there, the hot tub is great, the grill works amazing, lots of extra kitchen appliances, the rooms were set up very nice. the location is an amazing neighborhood with a great view of the golf course but majority of places to go you have to turn left on the 5 lane highway - which of course isn’t their fault!! but everything you need is under 10 minutes away!!thank you so much for this unforgettable experience and core memories

OBX Getaway - the perfect spot

This place is so amazing and so underrated in my opinion! My husband and I booked this place for our family/friends biannual trip and we couldn’t have found a better spot in OBX at such a reasonable price. We had 6 guests and there were enough beds for all - so many amazing extra amenities too - air fryer, grill, beach towels, hot tub, indoor/outdoor games, tvs in every room, and an amazing lovesac couch in the living room. They even included toothbrushes, makeup towels, etc! The closest beach access is super close, a pleasant surprise for us - less than 10 min walk! A bit dicey crossing two lanes of traffic, but totally doable and worth the location/price. Thank you Diana and Lou!

Relaxing perfection

You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. The home was beautifully decorated and felt like home. Kitchen was fully stocked with an abundance of utensils, cups, and plates. They even had storage containers and plenty of baking pans. The layout of furniture was well placed down to the hot tub, and games in the lower area. Plenty of family Friendly activities there so even while the flags were double reds, we didn’t have to leave to enjoy ourselves. You are located near several public beach accesses, where lifeguards are never far. Highly recommend staying here no matter the age of guest.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. We cooked every night for the 5 of us and the refrigerator really wasn't big enough to accommodate that. The temperature in the house was okay as long as we continued to set it to a colder setting. Otherwise we would wake up and it would read 75 in the house, which for us coming to Massachusetts was very hot. The two bigger bedrooms beds were okay, but the other two rooms beds were very uncomfortable. It was a convenient location to get to the beach quickly which was nice. It was also located in an area that we could get toany shopping areas.

This house is centrally located to without being too far north or south on the Outer Banks. It is near many restaurants and activities. Not to mention, the easy access to golf and beach activities.

What makes this property unique

We are centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The floors, bathrooms, and sliding doors are newly renovated. Along with all the new amenities, all the furniture in the house is new. There are TVs in all the bedrooms, and a dedicated office space with a standing desk.
