Home located near the beautiful Monon Trail and just a quick walk to Broad Ripple Ave which has unique restaurants, coffee shops, and an active night life. Across the street you have a dog friendly park that also has tennis courts and a kid's park with a splash pad. After an enjoyable day discovering the area, come back to a quiet fenced in back yard with a nice enclosed veranda for relaxing. Or if you wish, you can retire to a finished basement area with a theater sized TV, a large comfortable sectional, and even a refrigerator to store your yummy snacks & beverages. All this while enjoying your favorite shows and movies.
