We had a wonderful time in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs. This guest house was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. The garden was beautiful and quiet. The location was close driving distance to all the things we wanted to see. The house was clean and modern.

The guesthouse was gorgeous and main property beautiful as well. The lily pond was blooming and everything worked as expected. Also a very comfortable bed! 10/10 recommend

This lovely very private guesthouse is in a gorgeous neighborhood but a close drive to sights to see, grocery, restaurants, college campus, old downtown. The guest house is very modern, clean, simple. We enjoyed the steam room/ shower, as well as the outside space. It was just what we needed after a week in Denver.

Very nice cottage, beautifully designed and very functional for 2 people. All appliances were new and of high quality. The surrounding neighborhood was very beautiful. Despite being close to I 25 it was very quiet inside. The outside area of the cottage was nicely landscaped.

Great rental in Old North End

The rental is located in a lovely part of Colorado Springs with great walking in neighborhoods and parks right out the door. The host is working on the gardens which were lovely this spring. The rental was spotless. The host was attentive but not overbearing, which is perfect. All and all a great stay.

Better than advertised

We spent 3 nights in this contemporary yet cozy guest house and couldn’t have asked for more. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and hope it’s always available when we return. A couple of extra chairs would be nice (we had guests over one night). A property you can be proud of!

Beautiful retreat!

We stay often in COS, to visit family, and we were delighted to see this newer listing in the Old North End — a lovely, historic and quiet neighborhood! Everything was exactly as described and in photos. Beautiful outdoor garden and very comfortable bed. We didn’t eat meals there, but the full kitchen was great. Easy access to highway and downtown, but we also recommend strolling the neighborhood and nearby park!

We highly recommend the Zen house - it was exactly that! From the lilly pad pond out front to the flickering lanterns at night. We also appreciated small but meaningful details like a sensor light in the bathroom & a welcome card from our host. Based in a beautiful, quiet & leafy neighbourhood, we were also close to walking tracks and downtown. There seemed to be a problem with the Stayz platform as none of my emails were being received by our host, so I hope that issue has been rectified. We would definitely stay again!
