Summit X-ross Roads Condo accommodates all ski and snowboard lovers. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort. This tri-level condo offers both the convenience of close proximity to the ski resorts and central location. Walk right to the chair lift and ski/bike/hike down for all-season sports and fun! Stroll through shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the Village and the lake.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom plus a loft, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a California king bed, a twin bed, TV, closet, and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. The loft is located upstairs and has a double bed and twin bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Marble countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs, Fast WiFi, and Blu-ray DVD player with a selection of DVDs to choose from. Cozy up near the stone wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available. After a day out on the slopes no need to worry about tracking mud and storing your gear, there is also a mudroom for storing ski equipment. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Lovely balcony with barbecue, great for enjoying the morning breeze.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.

We've stayed at this cabin for the last 5 years when we ski at Snow Summit. The layout with the loft is perfect for two families. While the parents take the bedrooms, the kids hangout in the loft together. It's a bit outdated, but it's sooo close to the slopes that my kids walk up and down the slopes through out the day without issue. We keep coming back for the location.

We stayed at mountain Fever cabin.

Was a very nice place to spend family memories. Was very close to everything we would wanting to do. Lots of places to eat. Weather was very nice and cool. Hope to stay there again.

Comfortable townhouse near the slopes

The house had all the comforts we could have needed for a great ski weekend along with an excellent location super close to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of additional blankets and comfortable storage space for equipment.

Amazing location, horrible rental

The location is unbeatable being right at the base of summit for riding. However, the house is super old outdated, couches sink in and should be thrown in trash, the third floor mattresses were beyond uncomfortable and 3 people ended up on the floor or couches to sleep. Will never stay again:(

Comfy place

We went for my husbands spartan race. We were just steps away from mountain. I had to sleep a lot due to my vertigo so I can definitely say the beds are comfy..loved for the kids that things were in walking distance. Rooms were clean..

Great Location!

Very close to Snow Summit. Maybe 8 mins walking from the door to the closest lift. We had a great time there. A few things need to be fixed like the front door bolt, dishwasher rocks and the stove doesn't ignite very well. But nothing that would keep us from staying here again.Also the listing says 3 parking spots but the signage says only 2.

Nice property. Overall, all amenities were in good working conditions. The wi-fi was not working, and it took two calls to management to come out to fix it. Kids love the loft, it gave them some privacy.

It’s all about location

5 minutes Walk up to the slopes. Came back for lunch and back up for some night ski. Property was clean but kitchen appliances need to be updated ( the garbage disposal was out of order). And my back hurt from the worn out mattress.

The condo was roomy and clean but the interior is dated. And could stand better lighting in the living room and bedrooms.. And I informed the management company of some maintenance items that needed to be taken care of which hopefully they will handle before the next guest.

THE LOCATIONS MAKES UP FOR EVERYTHING THE CONDO LACKS

THE LOCATION IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO SNOW SUMMIT. THE FURNITURE WAS VERY OUT DATED. NONE OF THE TV'S WORKED ALTHOUGH THEY DID HAVE CABLE AND WIFI SO NOT SURE WHY EVEN AFTER WE HAD SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT.IT SERVED THE PURPOSE FOR OUR WEEKEND TRIP,IT HAS GREAT POTENTIAL IS THE OWNERS WOULD JUST UPDATE. THE KING COMFORTER HAD A HUGE TEAR AND THE SOME LIGHT FIXTURES NEEDED LIGHTS, BUT WE DID ENJOY OUR STAY AND IF THESE MINOR DETAILS WERE FIXED IT WOULD BE A 5 STAR .

Location was perfect but communication regarding how to access the property was lacking. We arrived after hours and could not locate the property. We called the number and they were easy to get a hold of but they provided wrong information. They told us our property was on the second floor and on the left of the building. Has to dig our way through the snow to find out there was no second floor entrance. Their maintenance staff was wonderful and they came twice to assist but had they provided accurate information over the phone we could have saved 1 hour in the cold weather. Location is great! Would stay again now that I know the in and outs of the property.

Great Location for a good price

The place is exactly as advertised, no frills, just a clean and convenient cabin right next to the mountain. We were extremely late due to road closures on the 18, and they were very communicative and accommodating. Only note is that the check in process could be a bit more streamlined - we had to stop at their office in the middle of the night to check in, even though we’d already signed all the agreements online and the key was in a lockbox at the cabin.

Plenty of space, Comfy bed so (at least ours was). good parking. Excellent location. Housekeeping wasn't great, we found beer cans and stuff behind and under beds, dishes were all wet.
