A Turquoise Dream

If you dream about perfect turquoise water accompanied by nightly sunsets with views from every angle, this is your version of a mermaid's haven! From the moment you come up the stairway to the entry door marked by an aquatic scene in stained glass, you are absolutely mesmerized. The view that greets you from the spacious living room and immense open kitchen is enough to make you settle into one of the comfortable chairs, sit back & never want to leave! All of the bedrooms and baths are very spacious and well appointed and again, the view from the primary would entice you to lay in bed and simply stare out all day long. There are wonderful fountains and water features throughout ...the pool and the hot tub are quite heavenly and as if that isn't enough, there is a giant hammock under some palm trees that call your name after you have cooked a great dinner on the outdoor barbecue grill! The lower level features a billiard table and a three car garage. The location of the home is close to some wonderful island restaurants ( check out the tropical atmosphere of The Island Grill with delicious fare and entertainment) and is only 15 minutes from downtown Saint Pete with its incredible pier and one of the most fun downtown areas you will ever experience..Additionally, the host was very kind and obliging and most helpful to us whenever we had questions. All in all, this is an absolute dream property that will provide enchanting memories for years to come!
