Our stay at Villa Majestic in Cape Coral was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Paul and his wife were exceptional hosts who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity you could think of—and then some. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Villa Majestic to anyone visiting Cape Coral. We can't wait to come back!

This was our 2nd stay in 3 years and nice not have to look for different rentals. House is laid out wonderfully for multiple guests with lush landscaping. Lanai is large & has all amenities for outdoor activities (swimming, sunning, grilling, hot tubing, fishing, tiki hut). We will try to rent again if available next time tournament rolls aroind.

We had a wonderful two family vacation!! The house was just as described and the pool area was amazing! The kids loved the waterside and the adults loved the hot tub. We were all in the pool every day and fished by the canal also. Perfect spot to enjoy our time in Cape Coral. Close to everything we needed.

wonderful stay

Spending a few days at the Majestic Villa was a wonderful experience which I would do immediately again. A wonderful place to relax with family/friends. The villa is in good shape, clean with all available which you need to spend a good time.

Great holiday getaway

Our family had a great time staying here. Paul was extremely helpful ahead of and throughout our stay here. The layout of the house and the pool area was top notch. We also had a wonderful experience on the pontoon boat journeying out to Sanibel Island. We're looking forward to coming back!

As soon as you come in. You need to inhale. The home and the view are amazing!! Beautiful home You can tell the devolution and dedication the homeowners took to decorate and the heart warming feeling you feel during your stay. The pool and the back yard area is out of this world!!! Spotless home. Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Paul for a memorable vacation. Great house in a quiet neighborhood

This was our second time staying here, this house is wonderful! Nicely designed, very clean, fantastic pool and spa. The check-in and out process is easy and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great too, a nice quiet neighborhood yet still close to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. We hope to visit again soon!

Amazing!!

We loved this little piece of heaven on earth! The pool and tiki area is where we spent most of our time! It was completely relaxing and tranquil! The owner was very informative and friendly and very easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Stay

We were here to celebrate a family birthday. We had a marvelous time! The pool/tiki bar was great, the kitchen was very well stocked, the bedrooms were all very comfortable. We're already discussing returning next year. Paul was a terrific host!

If your looking for a nice getaway with a great location in the fort myers area than look no further. The outdoor tiki and pool area is amazing. Everything we needed in the house was there and Paul was very helpful with any questions we had. The family and I will definitely be booking this property in the future again!
