The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Just a kind reminder your check out time is 10:00am tomorrow morning and the cleaning crew will arrive at that time to clean and conduct a check out inspection.
Clean up the trash, papers in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen, help wrap up the trash in bags and put them inside the bench at the front porch, and start the dishwasher.
Please note the excessive trash left in the property or checking out late will be charged an extra cleaning fee $200 by the property management company. We appreciate your understanding and help.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$35/day pool heating fee (Request 24 hours before arriving) , $30day service fee will applied if request after 10am on check in day.
$690 will be charged if a party happens in the house. $300 special clean and disinfection will be charged if there is a pet coming along with guests.
And the music/noise should not be heard outside the house, and the quiet time is from 9pm. No Parking on grass or blocking the side wake

Overall stay was good but a few things around the property need repairs and ones that’s done the place would be a perfect stay. It was very clean and very spacious but you can hear all the walking and stuff from upstairs in the downstairs rooms. Wish something could be done about that but overall if the small things that need to be done are done we would stay again. Place is also as pictured.

Great place to stay

Very spacious home. We had a large party of 10 adults and 10 Children ranging from age 1-14. The kids really took advantage of the private pool. The kids also enjoyed all the themed rooms. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Plenty of space for everyone in our party to spread out. We had a few concerns upon arriving however the host responded immediately and they were rectified. Home was clean upon arrival, could use a refresh/ updating in some areas. Overall great stay!

Great SPACE

We had 4 families so the space was great everyone had a bathroom but the home was very dingy. Sleeps 20 something people but towels for only about 10 no wash cloths or hand towels we had to go and buy extra towels. If you rent make sure you bring extra towels or you’ll be buying more too Coffee maker was a 5 cup so we had to buy a bigger coffee pot too. Again space was great but home was not equipped for a big party

Overall the property was just as described. The house has been “lived in” meaning it has a bit of wear and tear and needs a couple of wall repairs and paint. Also, it needs a second fridge as it has a regular fridge for a house that sleeps that many people.

Huge House and good location!

First of all the house was absolutely huge and exactly as described. Everything was in good working order and easy to use. There were 6 adults on our trip and we all had our own rooms with plenty of room to spare. Place would be great for kids as well. The game room when you first walk-in will keep them busy when you are not out and about. Pool and spa were a nice touch though we didnt use as much as we would have liked. Communication with the owner was smooth. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Would be happy to stay here on our next visit.

Overall, the stay was great. The house was spacious. The location was central to amenities, stores, and restaurants. The host was responsive. The Amenties center had a full bar, lazy river, playground, and standard pool. The primary downside was the quality of the furniture. The sofas were peeling, the barstool table in the gameroom was wobbly, one of the bedframes upstairs was broken, and the upstairs sofa seemed to have some sort of defect with the headrest. It's understandable that less expensive items have to be purchsed to maintain a good profit margin, but it can be hazardous. The host was willing to fix any issues we bought forward, so that was great. Overall, we would absolutely stay again.
