Grin and Bear It is nestled in the highlands of NC in the resort community of Linville Land Harbor, just 10 miles (15 mins) from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. The Linville River flows through the community and a dam creates a small peaceful lake surrounded by hiking trails. This cottage has an excellent layout with covered rocking chair front porch and an extended deck..

Grin and Bear It is located in the Highland Hills Neighborhood of LLH. It has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a queen bed and bunk room with two single beds. There are two full baths, with a washer & dryer in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with formal dining table. The rocking chair porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cool mountain evening. The cottage has high speed internet, cable television and a way to access your own streaming services like Netflix and Hulu.
