Recently updated by decorator, the home features a Private pickle ball court and heated swimming pool(No cost to heat the pool) on a HUGE private lot. Have fun in the homes private Bar/Saloon with Karaoke machine, poker table and televisions. Stylish, comfortable, and everything the perfect Airbnb has to offer! Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, such as the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, backyard, and swimming pool.

Self check-in is available for your convenience, and detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. Parking is also available on-site, making it easy to come and go as you please.

You’ll be able to enjoy the space comfortably and independently, with complete privacy throughout your stay.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area for gathering and relaxing, and all the essentials to make your stay feel like home. Step outside to enjoy the private backyard featuring a swimming pool, perfect for enjoying Arizona’s sunny weather.

The pool is heated from October through April at no additional cost to guests, with the temperature set at 85°F. Please note that if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F, the water temperature may also drop slightly below the set point.

Pets are welcome and stay free of charge, so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun too.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
