The property is located right down on the beach with a great back porch that sits right on the dunes with an amazing view of beach/ocean. You can walk right over the dunes onto the beach.

The townhouse is located in a gated community and also has a beautiful swimming pool included for the communities use.

This townhouse is 1/2 of the building, its 3 bedroom and 2 bath and sleeps 8 in beds, you are welcome to have up to 10 people in the unit, but you will need to bring extra linens.

Condo was comfortable and roomy. Patti is absolutely THE BEST host. We had a couple hiccups, missing charcoal grill and a/c went out , but she was quick to get us a grill and had someone out the next morning to fix a/c(on a holiday weekend)! We would definitely stay again, along with any other property she hosts!

Relax and Unwind

Nice place to getaway from the hustle and grind. This Beach House has Ocean Views. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach. The dunes give you some privacy from the crowd. The Beach House was nice and it has a checker board table which we enjoyed. The property manager was so nice and helpful. We had a great time there, just wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing I recommend is to bring bug repellent during mosquito season. Other than that enjoy yourselves.

Carpet up stairs is disgusting. Multiple things broke. Owner is obviously cheap and wont replace things that are past due.

Great Beach Getaway

Start to finish, the stay here was really nice. We liked being so close to the beach. It was a short hop over the dunes which lends wonderful views from the second story balcony (where we ate dinner and enjoyed the sunset). The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen basics. The second story balcony was an absolute delight. Zero obstructed views of the beach. We could hear the waves we were so close! The property is missing some minor conveniences that other similar properties on the island offer at the same price point. We had to supply our own paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap for the bathrooms, trash bags, and dish detergent for the dishwasher. Throughout our stay, we discovered these missing items and had to frequently go back into town to buy them. The hassle of those trips for items that we feel should have been included was a downer on an otherwise lovely stay.

All the mattresses on the beds were horrible and uncomfortable. The living room furniture was less than comfortable also. Pulled miscellaneous toys from between sofa cushions. All the vents had mold. The AC filter was filthy. The speaker on the living room TV was blown. The outside furniture was broken and dilapidated. The ceiling fan in the master could not be used as it seemed it might fall from the ceiling. Sheets were wadded up in the closet. We had no internet. Had a password but no network. Someones underwear in the bathroom drawer. The unit seems not to have been updated since the 90's. The pool at the complex was very nice. The view is great!
