This unit is brand new, just built. Spacious one bedroom unit with a queen size bed. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stove microwave and fridge, brand new cabinets, and butcherblock counters. The bathroom features a sliding barn door with a large walk in shower and a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a couch that folds into a bed and The dining area has a table for 2. I welcome long term contract stays as well for traveling professionals from September to May.

Cozy apartment

Amazingly clean apartment close to everything. The space has everything you need for an extended stay. The host has great communication and added many small details to make the space comfortable

Close to everything. Nicely decorated.

The location was perfect for my trips to the beach. The owner greeted me and was very friendly. The yard howeverblooked quite shabby, with what looked like broken or discarded items and the grass needed mowing in the back and front. The owner was having a repair done upstairs with lots of hammering, but it was at 11pm. It woke me and sensor lights went on and off as they went in and out of the apartment . It was fine for what I needed, except for the noise. This has the potential to be quite lovely with a few minor improvement.
