Two spacious bedrooms with King and Queen beds, Smart tvs, an updated bathroom and NEW kitchen w/ SS appliances. Within walking distance to many local favorites (bars, restaurants, cafes) and 3 blocks from the famous Anheuser Busch Brewery. Convenient to Busch Stadium, Soulard, downtown and the convention center.
The space
The condo is perfect for traveling nurses, relo or a long term stay. The 2 Bedrooms are on separate ends of the house allowing guests more privacy than a traditional 2 bedroom rental. Located on the 2nd floor with it's own private entry foyer from the 1st level as well as private 2nd floor covered balcony.
