This coastal beach studio offers a space-maximizing layout with a kitchenette, a private area with ocean views, Enjoy a nice meal or an early morning cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our studio includes a reserved parking space, swimming pool, large BBQ deck area and a lawn on the beach. This small oceanfront complex is a great place for couples or a small family.

We love the Oceans II condos! At the end of the boardwalk, the location is the best on the beach. Condo offers the relaxation of the North End yet is walking distance to everything the Virginia Beach oceanfront has to offer. EAT, the best restaurant in VB is a stones throw away. Jerry Lynn & Randy are excellent hosts. The condo is spotless and so comfortable! They provide everything you need for the perfect getaway. Don't hesitate, book it and enjoy!

This is an older property with a nice nostalgia, but the interior has been remodeled and is all new and comfortable. It is quiet and at the very northern end of the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive to repairing the flat tire on one of the bikes that are complimentary with the unit, and had a backup plan anyway. The restaurant (Eat) that is in the same building is superb!

A piece of paradise at Virgina Beach

Located on the “quite” end of the board walk so it’s easy access to the beach and a walk. The studio is expertly furnished with everything you need to enjoy your time there. Excellent host with great communication to ensure your stay is outstanding.

Sweet place!

The studio was located at the end of the boardwalk overlooking a view of the ocean. Perfect place for a getaway. Unfortunately due to the storm we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, or the bikes, but the area was nice and clean. The hosts communicated well and often. Great place we’d love to stay at again!

The studio apartment was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen and bath were updated and had everything needed for a week-long stay or just a few days. The host was very responsive to our questions. Location was also good - close to activities but away from the noise and crowds. We will definitely stay there again.

What a cute space for the two of us!! It was spotless and what was really amazing, we were given everything we could need for enjoying the beach and the pool! Chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler and even sunscreen!!! Great communication from our hosts and easy parking right beside property! Queen bed was very comfortable and very modern bathroom…no hesitation to recommend 100%!!!

This place was just as advertised. Easy access to everything. Even a trolley right up from 7/11 only 4.50 per adult all day ride. You can relax on the beach or on the back grass. very peaceful and not crowded. Randy was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again.

One mile ocean swim visit grand girls

Love this location and this was perfect since 40th st was the end location of the race and son and granddaughter swam so could go back and forth from pool to beach. Loved 218 with view of ocean and beautiful decor and. Well equipped kitchen - even cooked garden fresh beans and spuds will bring wine flute next visit and sorry one was broken. Loved this shower too😎

Location was great but that's where it ended. It was on the 2nd floor without an elevator. My friend and I are in our 70s and was very diffident to get our luggage up the steps. Plus i don't beleive it mentioned that in the ad. They left us two towels and one hand tpwel for a four night stay.Was very small for two people. The parking was good and restaurants close.

The picture with the VRBO posting is a lovely tall brick building on the water. The actual property is on the water but the unit is NOT deceiving. Building is old and NO elevator. Husband and I managed but not everyone can. You need to fix the posting for both issues

Great quiet spot on beach

This place was wonderful! My first time using Vrbo and a great first experience! The owners are very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Check in/out was a breeze. I had a view of the ocean from my deck. I was traveling solo and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The complex was very quiet with quick access to beach, which was never crowded. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness, but I am a clean freak. The bed linens were fresh and clean, which is most important. The studio is updated with a nice modern shower and kitchen. I love the soft close cabinets and drawers! The kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking. Beach chairs were supplied for use as well as bicycles. The owners do a really good job at making people feel welcome and enjoy the stay.

Perfect little getaway place

This rental was perfect for a mom and daughter getaway. Just enough of space for two. The studio setup includes a overstuffed couch that is definitely big enough for a third person to sleep on and the bed was incredibly comfy! Pillows were too! Everything was clean and well stocked. Not a lot of dishes so if it's going to be more than 2 staying, throw some paper plates and cups in your travel bags. The natural sunlight was perfect and thankfully, the window has blinds and an additional black out shade so if you want to sleep in. Being at the far end of the boardwalk there was less traffic and nothing you need is far. We didn't have to drive anywhere! When reaching out to the owners, they responded quickly. Bikes were available to use during your stay too!! Definitely a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We live here in Virginia Beach and love coming to the oceanfront. We have walked by this property many times while taking our kids to play volleyball on the beach, as well as biking in from the north end. The property always caught our eye because of how cozy it looked. There always seemed to be a lot of fun going on. So, when the opportunity to buy a unit here we knew this was a great fit for us. We have been in the hospitality business for over 34 years. We would love to help others enjoy this paradise we have been so fortunate to experience.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located at 40th and Atlantic Ave. It is located directly on the beach at the end of the boardwalk. This is considered by most to be the quiet end of the boardwalk. There are only 42 units in our condominium complex. There is a mix of unit owners and short term guests. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking or biking distance. We have a nice size outdoor pool and a large pool deck with chairs for laying out or sitting at the tables. Our back lawn has tables and chairs facing the ocean. It is the perfect place to take in all the beach atmosphere without getting sandy.
