Luxurious Family Getaway in Cape Coral!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Cape Coral home! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Our kids loved the heated pool and nearby Sun Splash Waterpark, while we enjoyed quiet evenings by the pool, grilling and watching the sunset.For outings, we visited local attractions like the Imaginarium and took an amazing boat tour Dining at The Boathouse and Rumrunners was a treat, and the area has great options for adults and families alike. Also, take a little trip to Sanibel Island for some great beaches nearby.This home felt like a private resort—we can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this gorgeous house in Cape Coral! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home is even more stunning in person – spacious, stylish, and super comfortable.One of the highlights of our trip was visiting a nearby golf course (recommended by the hosts) – it was impressively large, very clean, and perfect for a relaxing day out. The hosts also recommended a local spot called El Toro, and we’re so glad they did. The margaritas there were massive and incredibly good – definitely some of the best we’ve had!We also spent time exploring the nearby beaches, which were absolutely amazing – clean, scenic, and never too crowded.The hosts were helpful and communicative, offering great local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The wonderful house!

The house was really wonderful. Loved, loved this house. Location is perfect, close to roads to reach beautiful beaches, stores, restaurants. Pool was awesome and clean. House was very clean too. Was worth every penny and was very reasonable. There were no surprises or disappointments with this house, it is exactly as described and the photos were spot on. Katerina was excellent with communication. I will definitely rent again. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice house...but busy road

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. We had a few issues during our stay and the home watch company responded immediately - I think the longest we had to wait for someone to come was 15 minutes - pretty fast. The backyard is also as shown in the pictures with the exception of the VERY busy road that is pretty close to the house. There is a lot of construction in the general area so when a truck goes by - you can't have a conversation without raising your voice. Because of the road there is also not a lot of privacy in the back - but again it is very nice with a pool and nice grill. We stayed at the house for a month - it is new and as a result did not have WiFi. They did not list it as having WiFi so not their fault but I guess it was an assumption on my part that nicer rentals have WiFi. They did try to get it installed during our stay but the company installing had issues because it is new construction. They did not have it still when we left. With no WiFi - you have to stream from your phone to watch tv - our cell reception was a little spotty which made that a little difficult. I would love to give this house a 5 but can't mainly because of the busy road - but if that doesn't matter to you - it would be a great place to stay.

Hey Tami, thank you for your review! I’m sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi experience but since the hurricane we haven’t been able to get service to the house but we have internet now! The hurricane also knocked down the fences which we have replaced and placed some high standing bushes for the busy noise outside the property. We are sorry for any inconveniences, We hope next time you stay with us you have a better stay.
