Welcome to Charmant Retreat, Charmant means charming in German. Charming it is, the retreat was built in 1970. Charming sits on1-1/2 private acres and walking distance to downtown Helen, Bettys country store and the city park. 8 guest are welcomed to enjoy the hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, 2 gas stoves, granite counter tops, game room with pool table, TV's through out the whole house.Master, king bedroom has a gas fireplace , sitting area and blacony. Charming is a retreat you will never forgot!
