Nice place. Well appointed and as advertised. No check in information was automatic. We had to call, then drive to another location to pick up a packet to get in. That was kind of weird but it all worked out.

For the security of our guests, we use a specialized keyless entry system where codes are generated unique to each stay only after the unit has been professionally cleaned and inspected. Because we cannot issue the code until this final inspection is complete, we provide the check-in instructions at that time, rather than automatically days in advance, to ensure the unit is 100% ready for you. We apologize for the inconvenience of picking up the parking pass and will look into ways to streamline this process further, but this policy ensures a safe, secure, and clean experience for every guest. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, on the beach. There was a problem with keypad entry upon checking in, maintenance came right over. It’s a small condo but was good for a just a few days, W/D in very small closet in condo would have been challenging to use long term.

Great Florida get-away

Great location, super close to a very nice beach that isn’t busy at all. Great for walks and sea shell hunting. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The view is beautiful and the beach was quiet. All the furniture is worn out and uncomfortable. Condo appeared clean when we arrived, but there was old food on the pots and pans. Also, the nonstick teflon flaked off the pans onto all of the food we cooked. Pans need to be replaced asap. You’re paying for the view, direct access to the beach which was great.

Right on the beach which was great. Balcony was so small that 2 people cannot sit side by side. Needs new bedding as there were big rips in the bedroom comforter & needs some beach towels. Instructions to get keys were very confusing. Thought we could check in at the condo office, as we have done before. Didn’t know we were meant to check in with RVA. Won’t be back.

Great Beach

Great location. Awesome beach. Easy check-in/out. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the side lanai that gave us some privacy and shade in the mornings and evenings. The only negatives of note were the thin, lumpy pillows and a noisy AC unit below the lanai. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Great location and short drive to everything. Relatively clean / mold on shower curtain and a lot of sand in front of washer and dryer. Only complaint. Bed and bedding comfy and overall great time.
