This is our 5th or 6th time staying at this property. It’s always clean and the location is perfect. The swimming pool is literally steps away as well as good restaurants at historic cocoa village! Thank you!

Quick check in/out,easy pool access, property details were accurate. Main bed was comfortable but I'm glad I wasn't sleeping on the small bed- although our kiddo didn't complain.

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. Overall, our experience was wonderful. My only complaint would be that for a new listing. The cleanliness is not the best and the room with the little kid bed is not air-conditioned.

Mattress’s need an upgrade living room rug was worn and dirty, overall the apartment was nice and the location was very good. This is a nice layout for a couple with or without a small child. We did enjoy our stay so thanks very much.

This is our second year in a row staying. Can’t beat the location, especially for concerts and all of the happenings in Cocoa Village. Took us 5 minutes to walk to Riverfront Park. You 100% can’t beat this apartment for the price. Can’t wait to go again!

Corner unit was bright, clean, well stocked, good location 10 minute walk to town,right next to nice pool. Second bedroom was just room enough for single bed only. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle. Would book again.
