Mattress’s need an upgrade living room rug was worn and dirty, overall the apartment was nice and the location was very good. This is a nice layout for a couple with or without a small child. We did enjoy our stay so thanks very much.

This is our second year in a row staying. Can’t beat the location, especially for concerts and all of the happenings in Cocoa Village. Took us 5 minutes to walk to Riverfront Park. You 100% can’t beat this apartment for the price. Can’t wait to go again!

Fantastic location and super clean unit...Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The unit itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful and the onsite pool was wonderful during the heat. We would highly recommend staying here!
