We were in Natchitoches to visit our daughter for Family Day. We were able to have her - and friends over for coffee and visit before the football game. The house is decorated beautifully, and the space is maximized. It was spotless! We truly enjoyed our stay.
This was a darling townhome with great proximity to the downtown area. It was very clean and quaint. I would highly recommend visiting this area and staying here.
This was great for a long weekend girlfriends getaway. Only a few minutes drive from downtown so close to everything. It was clean and had everything we needed
The house is as clean and lovely as pictured. The decor is really stylish and the kitchen is completely stocked for cooking. The location is so easy to get to downtown and the other things to do. So glad for the yard for the dogs - highly recommend!
I booked this online not realizing how close it was to everything! Perfect location, very quiet even though town was only 3-5 minutes away. Very clean, and the property manager answered all questions we had in a timely manner!!
My family had stayed in this home in the past. This time, our travel experience was a bit different as it was just me and my three children. I really appreciated feeling safe and secure, especially with the added security of being able to lock the gate. Although I didn't feel unsafe in the area, having the ability to lock the gate provided an extra layer of comfort, especially for solo travelers with kids. I love the atmosphere this place offers. When we arrive home, it is always clean and inviting. And oh my gosh, I adore Becky Fos, so the pelican painting in the master bedroom is always a treat. Customer service is always top-notch!
Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was precisely as detailed in the description, and we found the beds exceptionally comfortable. Communication with the host was outstanding, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again in the future.
The first impression of the property was great! The beds were comfortable and just enough room for the 6 of us. We did have an issue with a couple of things. First, we were not told that we needed to bring soap, shampoo and conditioner. Secondly, we tried to cook in the oven only to have the smoke alarm to go off after a couple of minutes of cooking. Thirdly, we had to message host about TV channels. We are not complaining, we just thought we would bring these things to your attention. We do have a suggestion, is to have all information needed for a great stay without a lot of questions throughout a guests stay, is to post a list on the fridge. It works every time. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
It was a real good location to downtown Natchitoches and a comfy place to stay.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and two dining rooms on the main floor as well as a great room with very comfortable couch and recliner chair. Each of us had a comfortable place to sit and have our feet up after a fun day site seeing and watched a movie on the big TV.
The kitchen has both pod coffee maker and large pot coffee maker. They provide coffee and all the necessities are in the kitchen including a variety of cleaning products.
It was so nice to be able to use the washer and dryer. Communication was clear. Place is spotless.
It's a quiet area and downtown is only about a mile walk. Area is flat and easy to walk. Highly recommend this unit.
What a sweet little townhome!
Perfect for our (My husband and I along with my folks) quick weekend trip to visit Natchitoches. We love to play cards in our downtime, so we like to stay in homes versus hotels for the privacy & space.
We had very responsive communication with the host. Found the townhome easily - just miles from the shopping and dining. The neighborhood is older, but it’s quiet and felt very safe. I loved that we had covered parking just out the back door!
The entire house was cute as a button and spotless. The beds were comfortable and rooms welcoming. We had several choices for card tables.
Excellent value! Cute and clean home! Quiet and safe area! Responsive host! What more can you ask for?
The property was very nice. Fine location and easy to get to. We were a little concerned that a portable air humidifier was on the bottom floor that required an open window to work. When we brought it up to the manager, Nichole, she informed us that an open window on the ground floor was a local building code. That seemed strange to us but we weren’t from Louisiana. She also needs to learn that emailing us in ALL CAPS to NOT TOUCH WHATSOEVER the humidifier is considered shouting in the business world. Our guess is she’s a millennial and we hurt here feelings. Because she didn’t apologize after we pointed it out and claimed she did it for emphasis and that even as adults we needed to be spoken to in this manner.
Please tell her how sorry we are that we hurt her feelings. Give her a participation medal and let her know that if she wants to continue in business, she needs to get a helmet and learn how to communicate with adults.
Unfortunately, we wanted to continue using you as we come back to Natchitoches, however, we also are concerned that dealing with her will result in us being retaliated against. So we’ll probably just us a hotel from now on. Don’t worry, we didn’t go on social media and complain. Again, we’re adults and feel this is best handled one one one.
