The space
The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed with high-end hotel level comfort and luxury. You’ll find a huge walk-in closet to make any length of stay comfortable.. The en-suite bath includes walk-in shower and separate vanity area..
You’ll also find a small desk if you find yourself compelled to get a little work done.
The second bedroom includes two additional beds–one queen, one full–to maximize sleeping space without disrupting the flow and decor of the room. This bedroom also features a large walk-in closet.
There are blackout blinds in both bedrooms to let you to sleep in as late as you wish..

Fantastic Phoenix Stay!

Spacious and comfortable condo! Felt safe in the gated community, pool area was beautiful with plenty of chairs. We loved the area with close by grocery and restaurants. Quick to get to all Phoenix areas. Host was extremely responsive to questions. Great hospitality!!

Very comfortable, great location and secure. Host was speedy to answer questions and give info. Safeway and lots of shops and restaurants on the same block.

Nice property!

Our stay was nice! The unit was clean and well kept. The host was easy to communicate with, as well. The only things that I would suggest is a large kitchen garbage (bathroom sized cans were provided) and a tv is the master bedroom. Other than that, it was great!

Great location, great property!

This place was perfect for a 3-night stay our family of four (2 kids under 12). The location is positioned for easy access to Camelback, Old Town Scottsdale, the Phoenix Zoo, and downtown Phoenix. There are also numerous restaurants and a grocery store within 5 minute walking distance. The kids loved the pool, and the location and property felt safe and family friendly. Underground parking and easy gated access were a big plus. Overall, I would definitely book this rental again!

Our stay was only 2 nights. We had a minor issue that was quickly resolved upon arrival. Communication with Rebecca was prompt. Our chk in and chk out process was very easy, perfect location, gated community, and covered parking. Great short stay in phoenix!

Meridian Condo

We, my husband, father, step-mother and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. The condo was beautiful inside and out. Close to shopping, Scottsdale and GCU! Our host was attentive to anything that came up. I hope to stay again when the opportunity arises.

Spacious stay

Met our needs with space, location and proximity to restaurants and store. Unfortunately the master bedroom carpet had one large, gross stain next to bed along with other noticeable stains throughout carpets and even on the bedding. My standards for cleanliness are high and this missed the mark with such apparent neglect for cleanliness for VRBO in my opinion.
