Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, Prospector Square, on the free town shuttle route this comfortable condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Easy access via the free area-wide shuttle to Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resorts, historic Main Street, plus it's easy walking distance to local shopping and dining.
The main bedroom offers a queen bed, 32" TV, and en suite bathroom. The guestroom has two twin beds that convert to a king with advance notice, and a 32" TV. There is a sofa-sleeper in the living room with a 39" TV and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining table for 6 plus 2 counter stools. Gorgeous mountain views from the balcony.

Condo was easy to drive to and access.
The underground parking was excellent. Beds, kitchen, and bathrooms were all very good. Close to good restaurants. The bus stop is right outside the front door.
The condo was nice and just as expected when we arrived. The floors were a little dirty when we got there, but nothing a broom couldn't handle. Beds were nice and comfortable. Furniture was a little dated but still nice. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes. The reason I rated it 4 stars was for the hot tub, it was disgusting! There was a floating black ring around the entire thing, so we couldn't use it. I realize this isn't the fault of the condo owner but the property manager should do a little better with maintenance. Overall we had a nice comfortable time and would probably stay here again.
Property was fine. Would have been better if parking lot was not under construction. Good layout and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Bathrooms and kitchen were all nice. Nice walking/biking trail next to condos. It was a little hard to find, but I think the parking lot construction was partially to blame. Beware that VRBO does not have the full rate listed. The property managers tacked on a fee. I've disputed it with VRBO since their listing did not include this extra fee. I would stay again if VRBO and property managers can fix issue with the fee.

Unfortunately, we do not see those fees so we would not be able to help a guest understand or change them. Our fees are stated up front and emailed to the guest once the reservation is confirmed. We do apologize for the construction in the main parking lot for the new building going in next door. Again, that isn't something we can control and hope that our directions to park on the other side of the building in the back lot were clear. Park City Lodging

Manage your expectations
This property is managed by Park City Lodging so it comes with that support if there are issues. On our recent summer trip, we had some warm days and the property sits adjacent to a hot blacktop and is on the ground level. So even though the outside temp may go lower, the apartment is HOT, with no AC. The apartment is dark and with the proximity to the parking lot, opening the blinds/windows is inadvisable.
Given that this is a professional mgmt company we were able to get moved (at our upgrade expense) to a different property. Be advised - there is NOTHING when you arrive in the kitchen other than minimal coffee, travel sugar packets, and two little servings of salt and pepper.
Would not rent this unit again winter or especially summer.

Thank you for taking time to review your one night stay at Sun Creek A7. We are having warmer than normal summer here in Park City. We are located in the mountains and a larger number or properties do not offer A/C as an amenity because in the past it wasn't needed. We do advise all of our guests that we do not leave condiments or food in the property. We do supply first morning coffee, and all bath and kitchen products as well as paper.
With three adults and one child, this was the perfect location. Very close to the resort, yet quiet and comfortable, like home. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the living area was comfortable for relaxing. Beds were great too. We really enjoyed our stay.
The property was perfect for our trip. Location was close to restaurants for dinner and the shuttle outside the building made it super easy to get to and from the mountain.
Very nice property, except the construction outside our apartment was annoying at times (new building construction). Still would recommend the place and location.
Clean condo with all the basics well covered. Comfortably slept our group of 3 with room for 1-2 more easily. Kitchen has everything needed for light cooking and eating in. First floor was easy access with skis, boots, suitcases and right by the hot tub. Easy access to street and quick walk to 2 different shuttle stops to both mountains and into town.
This was the second place we’ve rented for a ski break in Park City and it was the nicer of the two. This relatively new unit is in a multi-unit building, so it was sometimes a little noisy when the upstairs neighbors got up early to go skiing (luckily we were on the same schedule) or occasionally when people came home late at night, but nothing crazy. Best for a family of 4 or 5, (there is a sleeper sofa in the living room too). Nice kitchen, heaters worked great, water was always hot even at peak times. No laundry in the unit was the only minus (but we knew that ahead of time, there is a communal laundry room but we didn’t use it.). No problems with WiFi or tvs. Walking distance to several restaurants, 6 minute drive to park city mountain parking, which was faster than taking the bus and more convenient. Liked the underground parking option for the days it snowed. Didn’t use the hot tub but there were people in it every night so it was clearly working. Would definitely rent here again!
