Enjoy this updated 2 bed 2 bath condo on the 5th floor on the North Side of the building. This unit offers updated flooring, new contemporary open kitchen with quartz countertop and glass backsplash, new appliances, Keurig and a coffeemaker as well as an updated bath and also a European style walk in shower. Unit has enhanced cable.

Master Bedroom - 1 Queen bed with a shower/tub combination

Guest Room - 2 Twin Beds

Living room offers a queen sleeper sofa

Hall Bath offers a walk in shower.

Building offers free wifi, shared coined laundry and 1 parking spot in the garage. and an outdoor swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun deck. If you need more parking, you will need to pay the meter or purchase a Rehoboth City Parking Permit.

Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, bath and beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

It was nice and clean. Just recommend sign or note stating kitchen outlets do not work unless light switches are turned on. Also, it would be nice if the bottom freezer pulled out further. The master bed used to be a queen and it was a double so we will want to change condos for next year.

Beautiful Condo - Great Vacation

The building and condo unit are spotless. It’s really a very nice place and we would definitely stay there again. We didn’t use the kitchen much as we decided to eat out most days as there are so many choices to eat within walking distance. The proximity to the beach was excellent and the beach was a little less crowded where we were. We also had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo looks like it has been recently updated. The place is spotless and had enough room for 4 adults. If we had to find any negative it would be that the furniture looks great but we didn’t find it all that comfortable. However, since we spent so much time outside it wasn’t really a problem. The shower was great, there’s plenty of light everywhere, and the garbage/recycle area was easily accessible. It’s a great unit and we would stay there again.
