Getting Around:
You are welcome to rent a car if you like to explore the island. The unit has one parking space. Uber works well in the metro area and the airport is less than 10 min from the unit.
Other Things to Note:
Apt is in 14th floor in the ❤️ heart of Santurce and it’s a lively city. 2 of the 3 rooms face the street so there will be noise, especially nights and weekends but not to worry because the windows in the apt are soundproof so you can sleep comfortable and in peace.
If you lose the keys 🔑 there will be a fee of $250 ($125 fab + $125 pk beeper)
NO SMOKING, $420 fee if smoking inside the unit
