Beach Club at Siesta Key

The listing was accurate. The apartment was clean and the location steps from the beach. Trolley was also steps away to take you up or down Midnight Pass. We had a lovely time and would recommend this location.

Clean and cute

The condo is cute and clean. Great location and a short walk to the beach. Beach towels and chairs and umbrellas are available for the beach which was a great touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was the best feature of this property. We loved the area is Siesta Key where this property is located. The pool was great. The beach was beautiful but disappointing. The beach was full of seaweed that never got cleaned up. We were disappointed that the city or the resorts never cleaned up. We would stay again. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Great location and clean!

The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach as well as some of our favorite restaurants and stores. We were in town for a family wedding. The space was perfect for my husband and I and 2 adult children. The area is quiet, however the footsteps in the unit above is quite loud. The space was very clean with ample towels, bedding, some t.p, trash bags and papertowels. The stackable washer/dryer was handy to have and the kitchen was well supplied with basic needs. The office staff reached out about a couple things and they were very kind and helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with another couple for five nights in 106A. So appreciate a place that rents for less than a week at a time. The location was perfect, great access to beach and pools and loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The chairs and umbrellas much appreciated. The management was very easy to work with and great communication. They even called to let us know we could check in early. The unit was very nice, clean and the extra porch space was so nice, used it everyday. Only a few things would recommend to help improve the stay of future guests. Mattresses need to be replaced and the starter soap in bathrooms are too small and thin for even one shower. Totally understand only starter items are provided but it really is not useful at all. But nothing to deter us from renting again. Had a great vacation.

Perfect Location Unit #106A

We loved our stay at this condo. Positives: The location could not be any better. 1 minute walk to the Crescent beach (perfect beach), pool 1 minute walk as well. Several restaurants within a short walk, including two ice cream shops, outdoor music/bar scenes, a small general store. Location is A+. Location really felt safe, also it was quiet and private with all the overhead trees. Size of the rental was great for our family of 4. We also had a sizable outdoor porch to sit on that was private and separate from other condos. Washer and dryer in unit worked great. Check-in process was quick and easy, parking is convenient right in front of the rental. Trash/dumpster is also very close by and convenient. Short walk to the free trolley pick-up to go down to the village or to the other beaches on the island. Many great restaurants and shopping in the Village. Or if you have a car there are tons of restaurants or any stores you could possibly need off the island. Getting on and off the island really wasn't bad over the small bridge and it was a short drive to the major hwys to get to Sarasota, airport or go south to see other cities and beaches. Now the short list of negatives: The dishwasher is in serious need of an upgrade. The silverware basket is completely broken through in places causing the silverware to fall through unless carefully placed avoiding the holes. We ended up having to hand-wash the dishes since they did not get cleaned. Also the kitchen sink faucet is stuck on the spray setting causing water to spray all over the person washing the dishes- not a deal breaker but not ideal. The bed in the secondary bedroom at the front of the condo really needs a new mattress. It is terribly sunken down the middle and two people sleeping on it ended up rolling into each other. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress in the back/master bedroom is perfect and very comfortable. All in all the location is what makes this rental a great place. If the dishwasher and mattress gets replaced we would love to stay here again.

Save your money and go somewhere else!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely a vaca to remember but not all positive experiences. Lets start by mentioning there is a kitchen but without any dish rags or hot pads. Informed office and they said they would let the owner know. We ran to the closest store that was still open at 11:00 pm as we wanted to wash our clothes the night before we left. We needed to get detergent in order to wash. By then it was close to midnight. When checking to see if clothes were ready for the dryer amenthe entire washer was full of water. The dial on the machine hadn't moved so the clothes were sitting in a tub full of water. The next morning we reported to office and they allowed us to use the washer and dryer in another unit. We weren't out at the check out time and the cleaning crew decided to come in while we were still there waiting to take clothes out of the dryer. One fiasco after another!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good. Having kids running up and down above us was not ideal, but they were made aware and was much better. My only complaint is that the property in front of ours and the one beside at beach entrance, flagged off where you could put your beach chairs and we only had a tiny space to put our chairs. We are not used to that with stays in other places. Beach is beautiful and have been before that was the situation. Probably would not stay there again, or recommend due to the beach situation. Hyatt and the other one ?

The coffee pot had mold inside and we found some ones bandanna mixed in the sheets. And one bathroom had a sewer smell. Our room was close to the dumpster where there was trash everywhere. I think this may have been an issue with the trash company. But over all a great place to stay.

Short walk to beach

Nice clean property. Updated it is small. Be aware that the private beach is extremely tiny—maybe 10-15 yards across. Chairs and umbrellas are provided. The beach is beautiful and you can walk to the public beach which is more spacious.

Lovely Condo, Broken Hot Tub

We actually spoke with the pool contractor and he said he didn't know when the association was going to fix it. We selected this property based on it having a hot tub so we probably would have went somewhere else had we know the hot tub was broke.

Our rental had a private deck which was very nice. The pool was very nice and relaxing with great beach chairs. Pleasant stay in Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, pool, restaurants, bike shop and trolley. The unit was clean, comfortable, supportive beds. We did notice the furniture was aging and needs replacement in the near future, and the toilet needs repairs. The balcony outside of this unit was a nice plus. Overall, a pleasant experience.
