Newly renovated 4 bedroom condo. Perfect for two families. Plenty of space. Near Disney. You are going to love this fully furnished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo in the Bella Piazza community located just 16 miles to Disney property.

As you walk into the unit, you'll notice the updated kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of cabinetry. It opens into the living room that has plenty of massive windows to let in an incredible amount of natural light and a door that leads out to your covered outdoor patio that overlooks a large pond.

The primary bedroom is located just off the kitchen and has its own bathroom suite complete with shower and separate tub.

The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the third and fourth bedroom share a separate third bathroom.

The unit has been upgraded with brand new modern furniture

This community offers multiple heated pools, a gym, clubhouse and outdoor grills for BBQ's.

There were issues with check in. There were a couple of issues with unit, fridge was not empty, laundry in machine, WiFi didn’t work until day 3 and TV in living wasn’t working properly, we swapped it out with Master bedrooom unit.

Great people, pools & close to EVERYTHING!

We love Bella Piazza. The condo was sufficient for our needs. There is evident wear and tear as it is a rental, but the owner was great to work with. The pools are great. There are mutiple food options and a grocery store within walking distance.

Home away from home

Everything you needed to feel at home was there. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and well supplied with dishes, games and appliances. The pool was warm and just a short walk from the condo. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. The host was responsive to all of our questions but to be honest, we didn’t have very many. Everything we needed was already there. I would definitely stay here again and probably will.

Polk County Friend Trip

We loved the property and its proximity to the theme parks! One of the next door neighbors was loud but didn't affect us much except one night. It was very comfortable and fit our needs.
