Comfortable and spacious stay!
This house was located in a nice gated community surrounding by a rural area. It was about 10-15 minutes to food and groceries. We were attending a wedding about 8 minutes away in Thonotosassa, so this is why we chose this location.
We loved the house and it comfortably fit two families. The teenagers loved the upstairs bonus area equipped with game tables and a tv. This was an excellent space for them to hang out and keep the downstairs quiet. Large backyard and patio area is great for setting up corn hole or playing games.
Kitchen could be more equipped with pots and pans etc.
Extremely clean and house looks like it may be new or the carpet and furniture had just been replaced. Bathrooms were welcoming with baskets filled with bath oils and other items.
Only negative was that it appeared that prior guests had opened something to drink and it had spilled over to the floor throughout the dining and kitchen areas, and this was not cleaned up very well before we arrived. Otherwise, we felt that it was very clean!
