Comfortably accommodating a family or group of 8, this recently updated villa is located in Shipmaster, not far from the Shipyard Beach Club and surrounded by lush vegetation. Enjoy Lowcountry outdoor living on the large back patio with your own grill. An open living room with large Smart TV and an updated wet bar is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun or gather round for game night. The dining area can easily accommodate seating for 8 and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to get your chef on! Also situated on the ground level is the laundry room as well as a queen bedroom suite with walk-in shower.

On the second level you will find the 3 additional bedrooms and an office nook. The primary suite features a king bed with en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo.

Shipyard resort has 27 holes of golf, miles of wonderful, shaded bike paths and easy beach access only a short distance away. Free parking at the Shipyard beach house or an easy bike ride, too. Well stocked Villa

We enjoyed this Villa. It was well stocked with everything we needed (including spices, coffee filters, hand soap and plenty of dishes for 6 people). We enjoyed watching approach shots from the back patio. We played golf and road bikes daily. We also used the gas grill and grilling utensils.

Great place!

Very comfortable beautiful villa with plenty of room for my family. Nice back patio looks onto the golf course. Close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Highly recommend!

Quiet and Spacious Shangri-La

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home, neighborhood, and location for our group of 5. Host2Coast responded to our every need in a timely, courteous manner. We rented bikes locally and enjoyed the many bike trails around Shipyard and beyond. We took in Pinkney Island Wildlife Refuge one day and saw many bird species and alligators. We enjoyed the local wildlife in Shipyard as well. The property exterior was a bit dated and could use some minor repairs and gutter cleaning, but otherwise, the place was ideal for our wants and needs.
