Great location for San Destin, you can walk to the pool and the beach and activities are a quick golf cart ride. Great house for kids, they loved the games provided for when it was chilly outside. Host was also super responsive, even on the weekends and leading up to trip. Would book again.

Great property at a great location

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation at Mirimar. The house had plenty of room and the double sinks in each suite was great for our family of 6. The golf cart got us to Baytowne Wharf each night and the game table was a hit with the kids during downtime.

Lovely place

Beautiful Home - Great Location

This is my family (and friends) 4th year in Sandestin. This house was gorgeous and fit everyone comfortably. The kids loved the gaming table! This is so close to shopping, beach, Baytowne Wharf entertainment and restaurants. We really enjoyed driving the golf cart all around. We will definitely look for this same property next year.

We had such a great time for family vacation. This listing was clean and conveniently located close to a pool. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze. This was perfect for our family vacation. We have 5 kids aged from 3 to 16. The location was perfect to allow everyone to access the things that most appealed to them: the Village Wharf, Grand Blvd, the pool, the tennis facility. The game table was a bonus. We’ll come back to this house specifically.Only suggestion: add a grill.

Fabulous House

Great location, 3 houses from the neighborhood pool. Golf cart made it easy to commute to the beach. The house had plenty of space inside and outdoors. The game room was a big hit with the kiddos. The house was exceptionally maintained.

Upon checkin day the kids walking through the house barefoot, feet were black. You could feel the sand still on the floor like it wasn't properly swept. Their were stains on the trundle bed, even if every guest doesn't use that bed, for the cost it should be replaced and clean. Upon unfolding a blanket for bed there was rolled up masking tape along with dark crusty brown stains on the well used blanket. I dont personally know if cockroaches are a regular problem in Florida but during this stay there 3 huge (3-5 in long) cockroaches. Last year we stayed across the street and did not have this problem.
