Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood! Perfect location only 1 block from A1A and 3 blocks to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. You'll be close to all the Space Coast has to offer while in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

One of the absolute best things about Cape Canaveral are the rocket launches! We've seen a bunch at this point and never get tired of them! Another thrill are seeing turtle tracks on the beach during morning walks.

City Hall is around the corner and often hosts community events including Friday Fest. The library is a block away. Get a day pass to the sparkling new community center located only 2 blocks away with indoor basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts, a climbing wall, a fitness room, and an indoor walking track.

I designed our property with not only our needs in mind, but those of our guests. I'm incredibly proud of our space and that our guests love it as much as we do.
