Main Street Area Condo Walk to Lifts
Conveniently located on Main Street and close to Park City Mountain's Town Lift, this freshly updated two bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. One parking space is also provided. It's a great location for skiing, dining, shopping, and nightlife! It's also on the free town shuttle route to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and Utah Olympic Park.
The main bedroom features a king bed, a 36" flat screen TV, iPod dock and a full private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a 32" flat screen TV with DVD and stereo. There's a convenient second full bath adjacent to the guest bedroom. There's a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The inviting living room has a 42" satellite TV, iPod/CD player, and a cozy wood burning fireplace. The living room is open to the fully equipped kitchen and easy dining table for 6 plus the breakfast bar seating 3.
Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

Dated and strong cigarette odor
Property management was great! They helped with earlier check in and later check out. Responded quickly to the cigarette odor (housekeeping came by with spray). The unit itself was very dated. Bathrooms were so dark. No natural light. The second bathroom could not get good hot water to shower. Kitchen amenities were pretty sparse. No slow cooker. No decent knife for cutting/chopping. Plates and such only service for 6. Here is a list of what was provided: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, tp, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters, garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. There were no spices of any kind. No sponge or countertop cleaner. No games, cards, or puzzles. The strong odor of cigarettes was a real turn off for me. I would not stay in this unit again but I would use park city properties to book in future.

While some owners do leave board games, they tend to disappear over time. We do supply kitchen sponges and apologize if yours was missing. We look forward to hosting you again!
The property manager could not have been more helpful. They were there and ready to address any requests we had. The location is amazing and super close to Town Lift.
Clean, quiet, very centrally located. We need some light bulbs changed and they came right away to fix them. Also we ran out of fire wood for the fireplace and they replenished it. Definitely recommend this place.

Mixed Reviews-mostly poor unfortunately
Overall large unit with a nice layout. Real wood burning fireplace with plenty of logs is a perk. Hot tub and pool were nice. Shuttle stop outside the complex is very convenient. Master bed was comfortable. Unfortunately that's where the good review ends. Old unit in disrepair that was poorly stocked. The property pictured online was much nicer than the unit itself (which was not pictured). The front desk staff was less than friendly by telephone as we had to make several calls for absent basic supplies (read below). No kitchen amenities other than pans and dishes. No Tupperware or other storage devices. No tin foil, zip lock baggies, or saran wrap. Both tissue boxes in both bathrooms were completely empty. Just empty boxes sitting on the counters. The silverware drawer bottom was loose and had to be "fixed" every time you used the drawer otherwise the silverware would've ended up on the floor. The guest bathroom molding around the bath tub, and door to toilet were moldy. Two of the 6 dining room chairs were broken (arm wrests). The sliding glass shower door in the master bath didn't close all the way. Only provided 4 Tide Pods to wash dishes. The bedside clock was plugged in to a wall outlet that was switch controlled, so it went off when the lights were out. Basically you couldn't tell what time it was at night or in the morning if the lights were out. And then the clock time would blink 12:00 when the lights were turned on. No kitchen towels or products for basic cleaning (ie counters or kitchen table). Needs a complete remodel and to be better stocked. No one travels to a vacation place carrying Kleenex, Tupperware etc.
