What a family lake house should be! Natural Beauty w/ space for each to enjoy!!!

Quiet DEEP water Cove on private acre lot. Large covered dock for sunning, boat and 2 jet ski docks. 4 Hammocks to enjoy, 2 Kayaks, 2 SUPs, and Floats to play in the lake. Game room with pool table, shuffle board table, board games and enormous tv to relax indoors. Screened in porch perfect for reading a book or playing large block jenga and connect four, and lovely deck to watch the birds and have a morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please be sure to take the trash cans to the curb upon check out. (Unless it is empty from trash day Tuesday.)

Please be sure all lake toys (kayaks, SUPs, and floats) are all put back away and not left on dock or shoreline. Wind and water rising will sweep them away.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Greenhouse on side of the garage is in disrepair and clearly marked Do Not Enter. That space is off limits and not included in the vrbo rental. Thanks

It is a non-smoking home, however if anyone in your group is a smoker/ vaper, we ask that they keep them outside.

Guest agrees to honor check in and check out times. If violated guest will receive a fine of $25.00 per hour fee charged. (Early or late)
