We had a wonderful time at Happy Trails! It was immaculate and the decor was beautiful! The club house and pool are an added bonus!! We would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to come back!E family!

We loved our stay at Happy Trails! Great location for quick trips into town for groceries and essentials, easy drive into Deadwood and Sturgis, and really close to Spearfish with all of it’s outdoor adventures. Loved the close proximity to ATV and hiking trails outside the back door. Quiet mornings with coffee on the deck, grilling dinners in the evening and a nice hot tub for relaxing after a long day. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. No complaints from this crew, just lots of fun family memories. Would definitely rent again.

Great property and super clean! Plenty of extra towels and everything we needed, which is always appreciated. The hot tub and clubhouse pool were wonderful. Be aware that many of the upper windows do not have shades so you will get blasted with sun at times and not have as much privacy as you may like. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Cabin in the Hills!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was beautiful and perfect for our crew! The house is brand new and as described! Hot tub is a little small, but that would be the only thing to note.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We couldn't have been more happy with this property. We had 6 kids between two families and the heated outdoor pools, the bags set, and the ping pong table saved the day when it was raining for 2 of the 3 days we were out in the hills. We even talked about reserving the property again for next year already!

Glorious time

Came in from CA to meet up with family from ND and we honestly had a great time! So relaxing, plenty of room for a group of 14, basically had everything we could need and if need, we could have it delivered or could drive approximately 5-10 mins away! We are hopefully going to be back sometime next year!

Family vacation

The house is beautiful. There is so much room to spread out. Lots of activities, ping pong table, cornhole, hot tub and fire pit were used a lot. Went to the pool every evening before we ate. We hope to be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Resting Happy Trails with my family of 13 total was awesome. Everything was put together nicely. We had an issue with the AC freezing up from running too much in the heat and the owners came right over and fixed it. Plenty of cookware, towels, and start up necessities. This rental is in close proximity to historic Deadwood, 1.5 hours to Mount Rushmore via the scenic route.
