You can enjoy a starry night sky while sitting in the hot tub, view local wildlife as it roams through the yard, or sit by the fire on the table fire-pit. With over 2420 sq. ft. inside spread across 3 levels, a partially covered deck, and a spacious patio on the lower level, there's room for everyone! The living and kitchen area is surrounded with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the outside in, but still manages to provide an open-kitchen with a center island great for gathering everyone together with a great meal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for you and your guests like a coffee maker, crock pot/slow cooker, pots/pans, and more. There's a comfortable seating area on the main level with a TV connected to internet streaming. You'll have high-speed internet also to stay connected! There's also a nice lower level living area with a TV and comfortably decorated that walks-out to the patio with a hot tub and gas fire pit. The oversized heated garage is great for parking your vehicles or side-by-sides and there's a second fridge located in the garage for additional space.

Located in the heart of the recreational corridor of the Northern Black Hills, you'll enjoy close proximity to the ATV and snowmobile trails and ATV/sled rentals located over at Recreational Springs. Trail #5 and the Mickelson trail run adjacent to the subdivision and provides easy connected access to the larger trail system in the area. Spearfish Canyon with it's rim-rock canyon walls, waterfalls, hiking and trails can be accessed in a short 5 - 10 minute drive and Deadwood is just a short 10 - 15 minute drive or taxi ride to enjoy the local restaurants and nightlife. The local ski resort, Terry Peak, is just a short 5 minute drive up to the main lodge. It has both skiing in the winter, and summer events like downhill mountain bike trails and archery contests! Main Black Hills attractions like Mount Rushmore, Sylvan Lake, Keystone, Custer State Park and more are all accessed within about an hour's drive down Hwy 385.
