With a gas BBQ grill, fire pit, and round hot tub, it’s the ideal spot to relax, entertain, watch for wildlife, or savor your morning coffee.

Open-Concept Living Space: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, a welcoming living room with ample seating, a cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large picture windows that frame breathtaking scenery. The dining area seats 7, with an additional 3 stools at the breakfast bar.

Outdoor Living Space: Step onto the spacious patios from multiple access points—including the main living area and the garage. The back patio features a gas BBQ grill, fire pit, hot tub, and plenty of seating—perfect for soaking in the mountain views year-round.

Laundry Room: Conveniently located off the main entrance, with a full-size washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood:

This is a fantastic neighborhood to enjoy the Black Hills! You can snowmobile and ATV right from the cabins, minutes from downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails and 10 minutes from Deadwood. The development is paved and it`s very easy to access!

This is a vacation home area with a shared Clubhouse you can use. The amenities at the Clubhouse include outdoor heated pool, seating, outdoor firepit, game room and community kitchen.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate several vehicles.
