Comfy and Clean - 2 BR Ledges..$175/Night--- First Floor! Free Wifi

Located in the the heart of Osage Beach, at the 20.5 MM at THE LEDGES, and within minutes of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and a choice of the area's finest golf courses. The Ledges offers two pools (one on the point with a fantastic water view),and a sandy beach with volleyball pit and swim platform. Holiday weekends often see entertainment at the point pool for social gatherings. Boat Slip available.

This unit is on the first level(very few steps), and overlooks the cove. It's easy to keep an eye on the kids from the deck, which overlooks the pool and swim beach. The deck features a gas grill and comfortable furniture in which to relax and enjoy the great view and fantastic sunsets!

Inside are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and cable TV. Plenty of towels and linens are provided for your convenience. The living area has two couches (one pulls out for sleeping), a TV built in over the gas fireplace, and a surround sound system, decorated in contemporary decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, and cooking utensils and pots and pans are available for the chef! The full size washer and dryer are especially handy for those week long stays!

Lake of the Ozarks is the premier location in the Midwest for family vacations, a few days or weekend of fun, or romantic getaways. Area attractions and activities include:
* Boating - 90 miles of navigable water
* Watercraft - rentals within minutes
* Shopping - 110 Store Outlet Mall nearby

Not worth it

Nothing was clean. Had to clean sheets and towels as soon as we got there. Dirty carpet. No hot water the entire stay. Don’t stay here.

The furniture is from the 80s, stains on the carpet tv in the living room did not work key pad did not work, Didn’t get check in info till an hour before the time and that was after 1 hour on the phone with Vrbo 2 messages 1 phone call from me and 3 calls from Vrbo to him. It needs about 10k in updates flat screen tv and frame an drywall where the big tv is. And replace the carpet. Would be ok with spending more if he did these changes

Do NOT stay here!

Asked for an additional night through the app a week before arriving. Host stated they didn't know how to approve it but would let us and accept payment through Venmo. Offered a discount if we cleaned before leaving. Arrived and keypad didn’t work to get in. Couldn't reach host for more than an hour. Called VRBO and host told them the last night would be free for the inconvenience. Condo was dirty, obviously not cleaned between renters. Found a weed vape pen on the counter. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Couldn't get another location. Both myself, and my son, woke up with bug bites on us. Doc says bedbugs! The host text asking for discounted payment through Venmo!! Even after telling VRBO it would be comped. Worst experience ever!! Texted host about bedbugs with no response. I did clean, with what was available, but would not suggest anyone staying at this location.

Nice Girls Weekend

We had a comfy and relaxing weekend. We were close to the beach and pool. The decor was 90s style with tube tvs but well cared for. There was enough space for 3 adults and 3 11 year old girls. The kitchen was functional. The couches were comfortable. The balcony was nice to sit and look at the lake. Having the laundry on-site was nice. This place fit our needs.

Dirty condo

The condo was very dirty do not believe anything in the listing. Carpets stained with a plastic rug runner with tears and nails sticking out, couches filthy put sheets over them to be able to seat, blood on the mattresspad, candy wrappers under the blankets, toilet was brown, showers had hair in it, condo smelled musty, silverware, plates had past guest food of them, kitchen sink is about to fall off, deck had broken chair, plenty of bird poop, grill look like it came from a horror movie, propane tank was leaking and security showed up at 11pm bc the neighbors smelled the propane. Reached out to the host and he said if we wanted to clean he would send me a check.

Lock out

The keypad stopped working and we were locked out. I had to risk injury to gain access to our condo. The owner did not respond until 2am. VRBO would do nothing to help.

Just OK

The place was cleaned well but extremely worn and outdated. Peeling wallpaper, torn sofas, and the carpet is really past its time. The owner was nice but confusing to communicate with, he was very kind though. The location was great for us, the pool was easy to access and clean and the swimming beach was just a few steps past the pool. We had a great time and while the place is not amazing, it is also not a dump.

Great Stay at The Ledges

Our family had a great time at this unit. We had great communication with the owner. If we called and missed him I think the longest it took to hear back was 10 minutes. So I consider that pretty good.

Osage Beach family getaway

We enjoyed our family getaway. The pool was right outside our condo. We were thankful for the quiet hours at 11:00. The walk to the point had lovely sunset views. A small beach on the lake was a short distance away. The beds were comfortable, and even though the furniture/decor is a bit dated, we had a great stay overall.

Needs to be updated

I have stayed at this complex before and was really looking forward to staying there again. First of all, the owner contacted us a couple of days before our stay, saying he was having issues with getting help for cleaning. He ask if we would mind washing the sheets and towels and vacuum before we left. If we did that, he would refund our cleaning deposit, which they did refund to us the day we checked out. I just thought that is odd. When we got there, there was bread left out on the counter, a half of a nutty bar on the counter and it smelled really musty. There is WAY too much furniture in the maiming living area. All of the furniture needs to be updated since it is very old. In the front bedroom, the bed was not a king size normal bed. Instead it was like a daybed or hideaway bed. The condo was in a really nice location over looking the pool. For the money we spent reserving this condo, we could have gotten a much nicer condo for a much lesser price somewhere else in the complex. I will be back if the owner updates the condo. FYI: the mirrors on the wall in the master bedroom and living area need to be gone. We are not in the 70’s anymore. The condo is just to crowded, too much furniture.

The property overlooked the pool so it was nice to be able to watch the kids from the balcony. When we first walked in we immediately noticed a weird odor like when you forget clothes in the washer. Everything there worked fine. We had to keep connecting and disconnecting the router to get WiFi. I think this was and ok property but that’s it.

Both bathrooms were not very clean. Every thing else was okay. I liked the location. We were locked out of the electronic lock and couldn’t get a hold of the owner for 20 minutes. Furnishings were rough (old torn sofas, mattresses need replacement).

Weekend getaway

Our stay was good. You don't book a room for the Ozarks and stay in the room the whole time. But that being said, the decor was definitely a 90s/early 2000s vibe. We did find that the cleaning service didn't do a very good job (there was poptart wrappers in the made beds, ect.) and notified the owner. He apologized repeatedly and thanked us for letting him know. He was super helpful when we got lost because this property is building A and the GPS takes you to building 10. It's not right on the beach but one pool is right below and the beach is close. We highly enjoyed the short walk to the point pool to enjoy the views of the main channel. We will definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

The apartment is a bit dated but it was perfect for the weekend. There were college kids around for labor day weekend so around 1AM when they came back from the bars (Wayne especially) it got loud a bit but quite down after they went to bed. Very close to one pool and to the swim beach at the lake. A bit of a walk to the pool out on the point but worth it for the view. My family and I will defiantly come here again.

This is awesome place to stay. It had all the essentials we needed. The owner of the property made it easy to check in and helped me when I got lost. The pool was great and I could see our daughter swimming and the beach was just a few steps away. Everything we needed. We will be staying here again if its available in September.

The condo was great, mattresses were comfy, and everything was very clean. The only reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is because we had trouble contacting the owner to get check in information. We finally got a call back 30 mins before we were supposed to check in, which was a little too close for comfort. I would suggest to the owner to print a checkout checklist detailing what we are supposed to do with towels, stripping beds, etc. to avoid us being find for anything. Overall, the vacation was great and I would rent this condo again.

Ozark Family Vacation

My wife, two girls (7 yrs and 13 yrs) and I had such a good time that we stayed a day longer than orginally planned. Property is right next to the pool, which is very family friendly. Small beach about 100 yards down from the pool. Docks to fish off of and located convient to lake access, boat rental and shopping mall. We had a great time! Sue was very polite and easy to work with.

We just returned from a l...

We just returned from a long weekend at the lake, and it couldn't have been any better! The condo is very nicely furnished and decorated...we didn't feel like we were "roughing it" at all. We brought much of our own food and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with supplies, and the layout of the condo was well suited for two couples. We enjoyed the fact that everything was nearby...boat rentals, golf, shopping, restaurants, putt-putt, etc. The Ledges was a well-maintained complex, and we were surprised by the consistent friendliness of other vacationers. We would definitely consider returning! Thanks to Keith and Lisa for being so organized, detailed, and easy to work with!
