Cute, fresh studio apartment - one room has a full size bed, tv and living area; the other room contains a full kitchen, 2-person table and bath all tucked above the carriage house of the historic 1850 Reynolds-Hasty colonial revival home. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Auburn and Lewiston, minutes from Bates College and Central Maine Healthcare. 30 - 40 minute drive to mountains, beaches, Portland or Augusta. Separate private entrance and parking. Urban environment with associated urban noise.

Two room private apartment - one room has a full size bed and living area, the other room has a bath and kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner glass topped range, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker. A small counter with seating is in this area and could be used for dining or working.

The Hasty House Studio is a secluded respite in an urban neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants, libraries, laundromats, museums and great local walks all within a 5-10 block radius. Bates College and Central Maine Medical Center are minutes away.
