Bungalow! Private, upstairs, well appointed space!
Our Bungalow is an upstairs, one room private space. We have worked hard to provide a comfy retreat that has everything you may need! Bungalow is equipt with kitchen, bathroom has a full shower, small work space/table area and sitting nook with a leather loveseat. The bedroom is separated by swinging shutter doors. Bedroom has a closet and drawers for your belongings, tv and bed. Bungalow also has a private veranda with a Bistro set for you to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Veranda overlooks the large back yard with outdoor fireplace and patio furniture! Washer and dryer located in the downstairs garage. You are close to the Downtown Historic town of Bryan. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, gas stove, oven dishes and utensils. *Note- edges of ceiling follow roof line so they slope downward at sides, middle ceiling area is regular height. Newly remodeled custom Kitchen in Feb of 2024!!

We love to travel and have stayed in many Short term rentals. We have a home decor business and love to decorate spaces! We hope you love this cozy space as much as we do. It was newly remodeled in Feb of 2024.

This is a quiet neighborhood that is nestled in the Historic District of Downtown Bryan. Friendly neighbors in a quiet area. Free bus/ shuttle to football games from downtown Bryan.
