Briar Cliff… The Best of Both Worlds – Summer fun on Little Wolf Lake while staying in comfort and style. Little Wolf Lake is a picturesque northern 90 acre lake rich with wildlife and great fishing. FOR PARENTS... BEING A PRIVATE LAKE, MEANS THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF HIGH SPEED BOATING. MANY DAYS, YOU WILL BE THE ONLY ONE ON THE LAKE AND CAN LEISURELY PADDLE YOUR WAY AROUND. THE LAKE IS SPRING-FED AND ON SUNNY DAYS THE WATER IS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND YOU CAN SEE THE FISH SWIMMING UNDER YOU. Learn how to balance on a stand up paddle board and enjoy kayaking (2 adult & 2 kid kayaks are included). Tour the lake on the walk-around four-person pontoon paddle boat which is also great for fishing. Across the lake is a sand bar which offers a sandy beach and swimming area. The house provides an open floor plan and large deck offering breathtaking views of Little Wolf Lake. My home also has a sun platform next to the water and a sandy sun bathing beach. For those lazy nights, enjoy watching your favorite movie on a 65” HD TV with surround sound. Home features new master bedroom suite and bath with air tub and walk in shower.

And… I know that sometimes work must be done, so a wireless internet connection is available.

Amenities: Home is fully furnished featuring walk in master bathroom shower with deep tub, new linens, gourmet kitchen accessories, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, BBQ grill, 50'" and 65" HD TV,'s, DVD/VCR, washer & dryer. And, fire pit for your evening entertainment. Note: The indoor fireplace does not work.

Little Wolf Lake is a private lake and there is no boat launch access to put a personal motorboat on the lake.

Wonderful host, wonderful home. Everything you could think of was thoughtfully provided. Quiet, private serene setting. On a lake, little pontoon boat provided. The home is spotlessly clean. The host is very available and responds immediately. I can see older adults like us to families with kids never having to leave the property to enjoy a memorable vacation.

Very quiet lake, VERY accommodating and helpful landlord, good water toys, helpful tips, everything was just as it should be. The only issue was that at 5’ tall, I could not reach the pedals of the paddleboat. I would definitely stay again when I’m looking for a quiet lake experience..

Great family trip!

Had a great stay here with friends and our little kids. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, even a train set that my two year old loved! We were able to walk outside and ice fish on the lake, great access from the house. It was beautiful in winter, I can only imagine how great this house is in the summer!

The home was lovely! It was clean, decorated nicely, and comfortable. Also, it was phenomenally well sticked. Lots of windows to see the lake. The master bedroom was huge, as was the master bathroom. The floors were even heated!There was an outdoor table & chairs, peddle pontoon, two paddle boards, 2 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks. Oh, and the lake came with a loon!Entering was easy: In fact, I missed some, but host checked in. We would stay again next year, but feel like we really need 4 bedrooms with the little ones.

Great house on the lake

This house was big and beautiful. Loved the view every morning. Also the paddle pontoon boat was nice to use. Only 3 minutes from a grocery store and the rest of town. Love the garage access was very useful when it rained. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Girls Weekend

This house was better in person than in the pictures! My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved it so much we never left the entire weekend. It was very clean and accommodating. The weather wasn't the best but the view from inside was beautiful.

Great house at Little Wolf Lake

My family of 4 really enjoyed our week-long stay. The house is very clean, nicely updated, spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. The lake is beautiful and great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing - we caught largemouth and rock bass, with successful fishing most evenings from the paddle pontoon. Overall a great week with family!

My husband and I had a great time enjoying lake life for the weekend! Can't wait to book again. Rated accuracy only 4 stars bc it lists bidets in both bathrooms and they aren't there.

I like to renovate homes and love the creative aspect of working with tools. I installed all the wainscotting in both bathrooms and bought a wet saw to install the new bathroom slate and marble floors. It took me 4 months to complete all the slate and marble work on the new master bathroom...

I also like to garden and if you like flowers - I have an entire summer of blooming flowers.

Why they chose this property

I bought my home 17 years ago because it was the perfect configuration - master bedroom/bath on one side and 2 guest rooms/bath on the other. The kitchen and family room is open concept and the perfect place to cook, have a cocktail, and socialize.

What makes this property unique

Little Wolf Lake is a private lake and you do not get the noise or speeding boats. It is the perfect lake for the intimate water experience of paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Also, the lake is spring fed and on sunny days - is crystal clear.
