Great place for weekend stay near lake and Marsgate for a wedding. Neighborhood very nice and close to restaurant on the lake and amenities. Place was super clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend.
Very nice and roomy rental and every room well appointed. Convenient location to all Lake Martin has to offer. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and screened porch. Communication with the owner was easy with fast response. Would highly recommend staying here!
We has a wonderful stay during Auburn Homecoming weekend. The property is a short drive to Auburn. It was the perfect place for our large family. The kids loved it.
Such a cute house - very clean and fun extras to add a special touch. Thank you!

You guys were fantastic! 5 stars all around for your group except I fat figured one of the areas. So sorry!!! And congrats again on your daughter’s graduation!!
We stayed 2 nights. The house was very comfortable and big enough for our family of 5 adults. Very nice amenities. The place felt brand new. The boat ramp and the boat/ trailer storage was very convenient. The only hiccup was the access code did not work, but Whitney was able to quickly get us in the house and eventually give us a new code that did work. We would definitely consider staying here again.
We visited this area for a work trip, and Whitney, our contact host for this property, was so flexible with providing us an early check in to accommodate with our schedule! Whitney provided her cell number on day of check in making the communication process so easy and stress free! The property itself was so cute and clean, and offered all the amenities you would need on a vacation! I can't rave about Whitney and this property enough! Deserves more than 5 stars!!!
We were so pleased with our stay and this house! The house is cute and neat, and just the right size for a getaway. The owners are so nice and generous and share whatever they have in the pantry, and my two year old was thrilled with the toy blocks ane trains they had in the room. We brought our boat and we were pleased that the neighborhood has its own put in and trailer parking. We decided to go on this trip last minute and the property owner was so nice and bent over backwards to help us get the house booked. A great experience!
We have been staying at rentals for some time and I have never had one better equipped. We forgot all of the basics such as TP, salt and pepper, paper towels, etc. We even forgot shampoo. It was all there. We lacked for nothing. The cabin was very nice and well furnished. Whitney, the property manager, was wonderful as well. Some people understand hospitality and some don’t. They get it. Thank you for a perfect weekend.

Rick, thank you so much for your kind words! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend celebrating at the wedding, and were able to relax some! Happy Holidays to you and your family!
Would stay here again. As far as cleanliness just some extra housekeeping very dusty baseboards (I wiped down) hall bath, dust bunnies under furniture in front bedroom discover when I dropped something and it rolled under the dresser. Primary shower liner needs cleaned and there was a little standing water in the tub initially. Otherwise we enjoyed. One safety tip- the under sink and utility cabinet(now has a rubber band in the knobs) needs to be baby proofed in some way bc of the chemicals we found under there when looking for detergent. We had a toddler with us so it made her mama nervous. Thanks and WARRR EAGLE!
Pros: location is good. Neighborhood has pool and access to lake. Safe neighborhood. The extra ice maker was a plus and the full sized washer dryer as well. Communication with host was good.
Cons: only 3 bath towels in each bathroom. House was not as clean as it should have been. Found several dead bugs in living room and dust on windowsill when we arrived. Tv in living room lost connection from network several times a day and we had to keep resetting it. The refrigerator had a lot of old food in it that we had to throw out as well as the pantry had a lot of old food as well. The front steps are uneven and can make for difficulty navigating at night.

Hi Amanda,
I appreciate your feedback. I will let my cleaning team know about some of your concerns.
Regarding the tv outages - we have never had an issue when staying up there. The tv and internet are on Fiber, so there should not have been an issue unless you were trying to log in to apps that we may not possibly be subscribed to, or trying to rent movies while under our account, which I believe may have been the issue.
Regarding the bugs - unfortunately that is because we have a pest control service and my husband sprays during every stay so that no live bugs stay in the house as we are in a lake community with woods behind the house. We have never had an issue with bugs being found in the house, so we'll double check the next time we're up there.
Also - the description of the property does state that there are natural stone steps into the house. So if you did not see that, there isn't too much I can do about that as it is listed and marketed with that in the description so that those with accessibility issues know before renting the house.
